[ULJ] For the lolies !

Hello everyone o/

I would like to run as PP for ULJ this month. Since sometimes, our party is gone of TOP 5 and now, we're #6. I want to change it and return to the TOP 5.

For this, 2 goals I would like to implement for the lolies :

Events for the lolies
We tried last time but I want to success to do it this time. The goal of the events is to grow the activity and the fun in our party, we need to do some events each month. Every members will able to help in the organization of these events.

Communication

In my opinion, it's very important each member can participate in the party life, propose ideas or help during the events like I said before. For this, I'll create an internal communication between the members. I'll publish some articles to inform our members and promote our party in eJapan. We've to increase the number of memberon IRC too to be more reactive and exchange ideas more simply. Finally, I would like to use more the japanese forum to debate between us.

With this two points, I think we'll able to be in the TOP 5 again !
