Join the new world

Hello everyone,

First I'd like to thank everyone who supported me and voted for me in this months Party President race. It is an honour to be voted in again after so long, and I just want to say that I am going to do my utmost best for this party.

Today's order of business I would like to report on is this months UKRP leaders and the plans for each area. I have put certain people in charge of areas within the party to ensure that the plans for the month are carried out and to bring in their own ideas to help achieve better results. These areas are Recruitment, Elections, Media and Community.



Recruitment

This months focus is most definitely going to be recruitment. Getting the UKRP back into the Top 5 is our biggest priority and to do this we will need to recruit many more members, and just as importantly, keep doing so afterwards. To do this we need to target new members effectively, ensuring that we are one of the first to contact them not only to recruit them into the party but also to help them in anyway we can - maintaining numbers is important for both the eUK and the UKRP.

Media

Using the media is an important aspect of communication and therefore of keeping the party alive and in everyone elses sights. We intend on using the media to not only recruit but to keep our members informed about what is going on, to show the eUK as a whole what our policies and beliefs are about what is going on within the eUK at the moment, and to release general information for the public. We will be attempting to use the media as much as we can to boost our image and to help the nation and it's players.

The person in charge of UKRP media for this term is Mittekemius




Elections

Although we are not yet in the Top 5, elections is still an important process. There are procedures we go through regarding CP and PP elections as well as Congress, and someone needs to ensure the information we have regarding the potential candidates is always correct, and that the primaries we run are fair to everyone.

Community

Even getting new members is not a solution on it's own, we have to work to keep the members not only within the party itself, but also active and participating. One of the ways we're going to do this is focus more on the needs of the community as a whole. We will be running more forum and IRC activities including games, trivia, discussions, debates and even meetings. We will be trying to include every single member of the UKRP community in the decisions that we make and keep them fully active and participating within the party and the eUK as a whole.

Vice Party President

The VPP works alongside the PP to ensure that all the plans are carried out and to help the other leaders where needed. The VPP is also in charge of running the party during times that the PP is not around (we all have lives, right?) an ensuring that anything that needs to be done within these times is done - and important job!

Finally I would like to remind UKRP that every bit of help from every member counts. Let's work together to make this term as great as it can be, and to bring UKRP back to the top.
