[NaN] A new HQ forms and a member joins for good

Wrestling the reigns from Cody for a rare post I want to share two exciting pieces of news with everyone as NaN starts to mature.



First off I am happy to announce that the alliance assembly voted to approve eMalaysia as a full member of the NaN alliance. They joined as a trial member last month soon relatively after we formed and have worked hard to increase activity. They're also fresh off a great win with the alliance to get Sarawak back and kick Montenegro (who attacked with an airstrike earlier) out of Asia. Please join me in saying welcome! \o/



The other big news is that we are finally starting to form our first full formal Alliance HQ. As we started the HQ was put together to 'work' but was very minimal, it relied on the original CPs and their Advisors. People like Majester, Xavier Griffth, Grimistone, Miyagiyoda and Cody (to name just a few) have helped to shape the alliance but they were generally just 'who was around at the time and willing to help'. Today we announce our new HQ and hope to work to more activity within it and to encourage more interaction throughout the alliance.



First up we have the Consuls and the Proconsuls helping to run the political side of the alliance.


Article VII of the Alliance Charter
4. The Consuls assisted by Proconsuls are responsible for:
a) Chairing Alliance Assembly meetings.
b) Setting Alliance goals in consultation with the Alliance Assembly.
c) Ensuring that the Alliances Charter and Resolutions are upheld, enacted, and maintained.
d) Acting as mediators between member nations.
e) Making decisions regarding the best military strategy for the alliance and its members.
f) Determining battle priority.

Next we have the Tribunes and Centurions who run the Military Council which will hopefully start getting fleshed out with representatives from all Alliance MUs. The help to run the military side of the alliance, a piece that we know we want to start working on.

Last but not least we have Xavier Griffith who is being appointed as an Ambassador Plenipotentiary to assist the consuls as an Ambassador at Large for the alliance.
