MoSA & eJapanese government are offering help to all active Division 1 & 2 players in upgrading their TRAINING GROUNDS. The players / citizens must be in the game at least for 2 weeks. Bellow the article there is a form which they ( you ) may fill out and apply for the donation of maximum 25 gold per player / citizen. Applicants will be contacted during the training ground sale, and the needed money will be sent. Most active players who fulfill these terms will be highly prioritized.
