[MoE] What is the MoFA ?

Hello everyone o/

Today, I'll explain you my vision from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA).

Introduction

The MoFA is a very important position in a government and his role is vital. We often find the same players in this job because his main goal is to built the relationship between countries.



His job

The MoFA's main mission is to be the main contact between his government and the other countries in the eWorld. He has to be in every meetings where his country is needed and to be often online on IRC/IG to be informed of what is happening. The MoFA also has the role of writing articles to disseminate information internationally.



Qualities & Strengths

The Minister of Foreign Affairs must know minimum write in English that is common to all the world's governments language. The knowledge of Spanish or any other language is a bonus. More the MoFA will know several languages​​, more he will have fluency to communicate in the eWorld.

The MoFA must be sufficiently present on all platforms (IRC & IG). He should be reactive to be the first to answer and inform the government or the population. The MoFA and his assistants have an informative role and need to know how to easily gather information.

And finally, he should be available to answer questions from citizens, members of the government and especially the president.



Tasks & Duties

The MoFA's tasks are to collect informations and do an important relational work which varies according to geopolitical news.

Start of his term, he must send a message of congratulations to all the countries of eWorld for the election of new presidents and must collect the different governments to facilitate future conversations.

And, every day, he discusses with allied governments (generally CP, MoFA or MoD) in order to maintain and/or improve relationships wherever possible.
