60% is enough in big battles as the differences are about 100.000 damage
In small battles like ours, one tank can turn the entire battlefield
So be cautionous

Poland wants the RW medal, and this is not the RW they started, thus, Poland will not let this RW go on. They will only let their RW succeed as one of theirs will get the RW medal.

And how exactly do you propose we stop Poland? Our entire military contributed about 3% of the total damage done to try and stop them from taking Wallonia.
We were not asked if we would let them through, we were TOLD they were coming through. Not like we were given a choice.
