An Entente Operation against an Entente member great...
Xgentis did you follow everything? Italy is no longer an ENTENTE member as they where pissed about the fact that France didn't want to loan them RA when they did to Hungary.
After this refusal they signed a deal with Spain to let them pass and attack Mexican regions in order to get a high region as they always wanted. They attacked a member of the alliance in order to fullfill their greed.
This attack is there to give Mexico his originally held regions back.
I followed never saw anything about Italy being expelled since Entente communicating skill are not that great to begin whit...
Voted,and fought!

There was a clear betrayal of the alliance on Italy's part, but I don't think it was purely a matter of greed. From what I read it was also a matter of anger at France becuase they had ALREADY agreed to loan Italy the RA region before they decided to loan it to Hungary. And since Italy is part of the the ENTENTE alliance and Hungary is not, Italy felt betrayed two-fold by France's decision. However, this does NOT give legitimacy to Italy's trechary because these things should have been worked out diplomatically or within the framework of the alliance. Clearly Italy deserves to be punished.

Heu... no. 😁
@Apo - You are correct. I just went back and read the article and it appears that I did not remember it correctly. The issue was not that France agreed to loan the RA to Italy, but that France REFUSED to loan the RA to Italy the previous month. In other words France told their allies that it wasn't for sale even though italy was "willing to spend thousands of gold" to help liberate the region. Italy got angry when France loaned it out this month to Hungary (virtually the same deal Italy had proposed) without even discussing it with Italy first. Italy felt like they were betrayed because allies are supposed to come first and they were not even consulted. Either way there is more going on here than simple greed. But like I said, it still doesn't justify Italy's betrayal.
Some interesting articles on the issue from both France and Italy:
