Join the new world

Perú como sabemos ha crecido exponencialmente y para apoyar todo esto Perú debe tener una infraestructura moderna. Sin uno, nuestra nación de más de mil ciudadanos vagará sin esperanzas hacia un futuro triste. Afrontamos muchos problemas, una economía en confusión, ciudadanos débiles, y nuevos jugadores aturdidos que son la fundación de nuestro futuro.

Nuestra tesorería y mercado monetario han estado tomando un golpe severo desde el día que Perú fue incluido en el juego. Necesitamos un equipo económico superior para que solucionen estos problemas. Necesitamos un equipo fiscal para que nos ayude con la estructura fiscal y a reconstruir nuestra tesorería, uno que no es tan alto que abruma a nuestros ciudadanos y previene el crecimiento económico, pero uno no tan bajo que nuestros gastos de naciones no son cubiertos por ello.

También necesitamos a una persona responsable de una organización para ayudar a apoyar el mercado monetario. El mercado monetario esta actualmente vacio, y la proporción de oro con el PEN ha estado fluctuando demasiado y haciendo nuestros mercados demasiado vulnerables. Un MM fuerte y un dinero regulado tendrán a dueños comerciales en cuenta para funcionar más fácil, y animarán a exportar y traerán la riqueza en la nación.

Ahora mismo hay un problema severo con nuestro personal, sin alimento de alta calidad o compañías de regalos buenas se hace difícil mantener una salud alta a fin de mantener la productividad. Por eso Perú tendrá que participar en maniobras de guerra, también conocidas como la formación de guerras para hacer posible que nuestros ciudadanos se curen en un hospital, y así aumentar la salud, enormemente y por lo tanto productividad. Este será el mayor aumento a nuestra economía. Para que esto pueda ocurrir necesitamos conseguir un hospital de alta calidad.

Las ofertas de hospitales han llegado de muchas naciones, y muchas companias privadas. Nosotros tenemos que encontrar el hospital Q5 más barato posible, y colocarlo en una lugar estratégico. El lugar más apropiado para un hospital es nuestra región alta de hierro, los Grandes Andes. Poniendolo aquí animará a ciudadanos de distintas partes del país a mudarse a esta región, y de esta manera el aumento demográfico décuplo. Como sabemos, cuantos más ciudadanos hay en una región, es mucho más caro para una nación extranjera atacar, y el valor de la defensa es más alto . El movimiento de la mayor parte de nuestra población aquí hará nuestra gran región de hierro casi imposible de tomar. Sin embargo, para sellar el trato en la defensa de aquella región DS de alta calidad debera ser una idea para la futura administración. Esto guardara nuestra región más valiosa fuera de las manos extranjeras, y mantendra nuestra economía fuerte.

Nuestra futura administración también debe crear un programa social para ayudar a nuestros nuevos ciudadanos a aprender las reglas del juego, así como ayudarlos a establecerse. La administración también debe ser transparente publicando en el periodico lo que ellos esten trabajando actualmente, y lo que planean hacer en el futuro.

Sin haber solucionado estas altas prioridades, Perú no será capaz de progresar como una nación, y caerá demasiado lejos detrás de otras naciones para ponerse al corriente en el futuro.

Peru as we know has grown exponentially and to support all of it Peru must have an up to date infrastructure. Without one, our nation of over one thousand citizens will wander hopelessly toward a bleak future. We face many problems, an economy in turmoil, weak citizens, and confused new players who are the foundation of our future.

Our treasury and monetary market has been taking a severe hit since the day peru was included in the game. We need a top of the line economic team to fix such problems. We need a tax team to help us come up with the right tax structure to rebuild our treasury, one that is not so high it overwhelms our citizens and prevents economic growth, but one not so low that our nations costs are not covered by it.

We also need a person in charge of an organization to help support the monetary market. They monetary market is currently dry of PEN and the PEN to gold ratio has been fluctuating far too much and making our markets too vulnerable. A strong MM and a regulated currency will allow for business owners to operate easier, and will encourage exporting and bring wealth into the nation.

Right now there is a severe problem with our weak workforce, without high quality food or good gift companies it becomes difficult to maintain a high wellness in order to keep up productivity. That is why Peru will need to join in war games, also known as training wars to make it possible for our citizens to heal at a hospital, and greatly increase wellness, and therefore productivity. This is easily be the single greatest boost to our economy. In order for that to happen though, we will need to get our hands on a high quality hospital.

Hospital offers have come in from many nations, and many private companies. We need to find probably a Q5 hospital for the cheapest possible price, and place it in a strategic location. The smartest target for a hospital is our high iron region, The Great Andes. Placing it here will encourage citizens from across the country to move to this region, and therefore increasing it’s population tenfold. As we know, the more citizens in a region the more expensive it is for a foreign nation to attack, and the higher defense value it will have. Moving much of our population here will make our great iron region almost impossible to take. To seal the deal on defending that region however, a high quality DS should be an idea for the future administration. This is keep our most valuable region out of foreign hands, and keep our economy strong.

Our future administration must also make a social mentoring program to help our new citizens learn the rules of the game, as well as help them get started. The administration must also be transparent by publishing what they are currently working on, and what they plan on doing in the future in a newspaper.

Without these high priority things taken care of, Peru will not be able to progress as a nation, and will fall too far behind other nations to catch up in the future.
