Agreement between eCyprus - eIsrael

Dear citizens,

After talks made between Israel’s government to the Cypriot government, we have reached an agreement.
The details of the agreement are stated below:

1. Haifa and Jerusalem will be liberated by Israel. The other Israeli regions will remain under Cypriot occupation.

2. Israel agrees not to support or manage any military action against Cyprus. This section refers to resistance war against Cyprus (fight or support), natural enemy battles, combat orders against Cyprus or CoD (campaign of the day) against Cyprus. It is Israel's obligation to inform and enforce the agreement to its citizens .If, however, a 3rd country attacks Cyprus, it is Israel's right to support it by both military and financial ways.

3. Both sides agree to give 50,000 CC to a third part, the player Van der Waal [http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/4220968] trusted by both sides. If one of the countries breaks the agreement, the other country has the right to take the money paid by both sides.

4. Greece and the US are the witnesses to this agreement.

5. The agreement applies starting today [15/May/2014] and lasts until 10th of June. A couple of days before the agreement expires, both sides will meet to discuss about the renewal of the agreement. [See Addendum 1]

6. If Cyprus loses any Israeli region (except of Haifa and Jerusalem), it can send a NE law against Israel in order to re-conquer the region(s) lost.

7. Both sides must help to close the wars as fast as possible so both sides will be able to reclaim the regions stated in this agreement. A training war that us agreed by both sides is not considered as a brake of the agreement.

Addendum 1:
The Governments of eIsrael and eCyprus agree that this is a auto-renewable contract on the 10th of each month until one of the parts breaks it or both parts agree on its termination.

לאחר דיונים בין ממשלת ישראל לממשלת קפריסין, הוסדר הסדר זמני בנוגע לשטחי ישראל. פרטי ההסכם מוצגים ומפורטים להלן

א. אזורי חיפה וירושלים ישוחררו על ידי ישראל. שאר האזורים ישארו תחת כיבוש קפריסאי

ב. ישראל מסכימה לא לנקוט בצעדים צבאיים כנגד קפריסין. סעיף זה כולל תמיכה ולחימה במלחמות מרד, הצעת אויב טבעי על קפריסין, שימוש בהוראות לחימה נגד קפריסין או מתן עדיפות לקרבות כנגד קפריסין. זוהי חובתה של ישראל להודיע ולאכוף הסכם זה בקרב אזרחיה. אולם, אם חברת ברית של ישראל תוקפת את קפריסין, ישראל שומרת לעצמה הזכות לעזור לחברת בריתה כנגד קפריסין

ג. שני הצדדים מסכימים להעביר סכום של כ-50,000 שקלים לאדם או מדינה אשר שני הצדדים סומכים עליהם. אם אחד הצדדים מפר את ההסכם, לצד השני הזכות לקחת את הכסף ששולם על ידי המדינה שהפרה ההסכם

ד. יוון וארצות הברית מתפקדים כעדים בהסכם זה

ה. ההסכם תקף החל מרגע פרסום הכתבה ותוקפו הנו עד ל-10 ביוני. יומיים לפני מועד סיום ההסכם, יפגשו שני הצדדים במטרה לחדש את ההסכם

ו. במידה וקפריסין מאבדת את אחד מן אזורי ישראל (מלבד חיפה וירושלים), היא רשאית להציע הצעת אויב טבעי על מדינת ישראל במטרה לכבוש בחזרה את האזורים

ז. על שני הצדדים לעזור ככל הניתן ביישום ההסכם בימים הקרובים ובעתיד. מלחמת אימון המוסכמת על ידי שני הצדדים אינה נחשבת כהפרה של ההסכם
