[Holiday Submission] Mirek Day

I submit June 5th as Mirek Day, in honor of Mirek12345, to be an eIrish national holiday in honor of a fallen eIrish patriot and hero, on the day of his election as CP of eIreland.

A Friend
I first came to eIreland a while back, 877 days ago, and I instantly found a place within the community at Independent Voices, a political party which Mirek was a member of. He was one of the few who really helped me integrate into my new-found community, and he was always willing to help with whatever I needed help with. He was experienced, friendly, and proud to be an eIrishman. Independent Voices was a party that he loved, one that valued the opinion of every player, whether he had years of experience or not, and I've tried my best to keep that spirit with me as I have played this game.
His Presidency
Mirek was president of eIreland for 1.5 terms. He became president midterm after Daniel.Plainview became rogue and stole the treasury, but Mirek managed to pull eIreland together and scrap out an excellent half term, which guaranteed his reelection. Mirek was elected by a landslide for his next term, winning with almost 60% of the vote, although he was up against 4 other candidates. In his next term, Mirek focused on internal affairs, healing the wounds that Plainview left behind. He actively sponsored both the Ministry of Community and the Ministry of Education, making sure that every eIrish citizen is involved in the eGovernmental process. The Ministry of Community hosted a "Gladiator Contest", Flashback articles, and more, making that term one of its most active while the Ministry of Education had several food handouts and lottos.
Fallen Legend...
I was immensely saddened when I heard that Mirek, the player, had died in real life.

It is news like this that puts the game we all play into perspective, reminds us there is a human behind the avatar and that what we see here is only a small part of that person's life.

And I see now that ibhoy's words are perfect and that although I only knew a small part of Mirek's life, I consider him my friend.

For Mirek, i write this article, hoping that his other friends will want to remember him.
The Holiday
To celebrate this holiday, eIrish citizens would create funny articles and articles in honor of Mirek. In addition, higher level citizens would create message and reach out to younger players, offering them advice. Free food, weapons, and houses would be given to each other in the spirit of friendship.
