[Govt] Aggression from Taiwan

Day 1,513, 06:57 Published in Japan Japan by Sophia Forrester

Ladies and gentlemen,

This morning, I received word that the Congress of the Republic of China (Taiwan) has initiated a Natural Enemy proposal against us.

For the last several days, our diplomats have done their best to dissuade Taiwan from any such proposal. We have had encouraging conversations with the Taiwanese President and MFA. Unfortunately, it looks like the Taiwanese Congress is dead set in moving ahead with this aggression. At this time, there are fourteen votes in favor and only one vote against.

We have seen Taiwan in the past few days move aggressively to seize the former regions of the Republic of Korea. Now, it looks like we are the next target of Taiwan's war party. Although we are certainly outmatched by Taiwan's war machine, we have no choice but to fight.

In the past few days, we have added two alliances, one with Germany and one with Egypt. A third alliance, with Belarus, has already been negotiated. We will do our best to strengthen our connections with our friends, and together stand to face the coming onslaught.
