Join the new world

Dear citizens,

In this article, I will explain my plans for my term as Country President. If you haven't read my introduction article yet, here it is !

I first thought I could write my plans separated between the different ministries, but then I thought it would be better to regroup them like this.



Foreign Affairs and Military

We will focus on helping our allies this month. Germany and the Netherlands helped us a lot during the war with Montenegro, so it seems logical that we will help them with their campaign also !

Netherlands are now busy with Portugal, and we will help them with this enemy.

Germany is busy with France now, but they're planning to end this war, so there's no need to involve us in this.

Chile seem to be liberating itself from Argentinian domination, and we'll help them with this ! Chile has been a good ally in the past, and we hope they will be also good allies in the future !

Now about Spain ... The MPP with them has been signed without any discussion about it ...
Well, we won't focus all our damages on Spanish battles for sure, but when our allies don't need us, we could put DO on Spain.

I will maybe propose a Training War at the end of my term with one of our neighbours, but since we had a strong war with Montenegro not that long ago, I will let congress vote to know if we do this Training War.

Another question that has been introduced during the last days is "Does eBelgium want to be part of an alliance ?". Dutch government members made a proposition to create an in-game NSPP alliance, but it seems this won't be done, at least not yet.
But it should be interesting to ask you, eBelgians, your advice on this question, and a referendum may be created for this.



Education and new players' training project

First of all, our Minister of Education will remake an article like this one about the new players joining eBelgium, but also republish and actualise Educational articles.

The following project is a "remake" of the bys (build your strength) program that was available in the past on our national forum. But it won't exactly work like this ...

First of all, this project will only be available for Division 1 players, and the objective is to make them stronger. The main reason is defence ... Let's illustrate with an example :

Jan36 is an eBelgian D1 player. After playing two years to eRepublik, he's still in D1, but now with 50K strength. Jan36 can now make the difference on a battlefield for his country in D1 and make win a point in the campaign.

After hitting a lot for his country in D1, Jan36 ends in D2 with 60K strength, and this is still a lot for his Division ! Jan36 is now able to make his country win 2 points in his campaign.

Then Jan36 enters in D3 with 75K strength, and you know the rest story !

By the way, Jan36 will easily win BH's in the battles for his country, so he will also win with this program !

So, this is how the program is going to happen. Each D1 player that has eBelgian nationality will be able to request his monthly "supply" on our national forum, but with some conditions. The conditions :

-To be a D1 player
-To have won a maximum of 2000 xp during the month*

This are the rewards :
-600 strength won during the month : 50 BEF
-900 strength won during the month : 75 BEF
-2700 strength won during the month : 200 BEF

*The 2000xp limit is quiet logical, since the objective is to keep new players as long as possible in D1 with an higher strength.

This is still a project, suggestions can be made of course, the rewards for this program can also be changed.



Activity

Our IRC and forum activity program stays activated ...



Finance

Since gold price on the monetary market is pretty high, we still can't make benefits on it.
We will try to not use too much money this month, since last month was very expensive for us because of Montenegro's Air Strike ...
We will also publish 2 articles : 1 about the food productivity benefits, and 1 about the worth food quality. There's no need to make this articles for weapons, since Q7 is the only really used weapon.



So those are my plans, I'm totally open to any suggestion, and hope I convince you to vote FRANCKIE at the next presidential elections !
