[FedMedia] V-Day Results and a Q&A with Melissa

Hello good people of eUSA! Dropping some Fed Media for you all to enjoy today, and this issue is as good as any! This time we’ve got the results of the Fed V-Day Events and a nice little Q&A with Melissa Rose who is our soon to be Party President!

The Fed Valentine’s event was pretty successful and the choice of valentines handed out were quite creative. In the Jewelry category we had everything from fancy golden snakes, to penis rings, to bronze heart necklaces engraved with profanity. In the chocolate category we had everything from gigantic peanut butter cups, to “chocolate” from rectal cavities, to chocolate cake. Finally, in the flower category, we had everything from Pokemon, to giant children eating flowers, to traditional flowers. At the end of the event, Aramec came out on top as the most loved Fed with 9 votes!

Our lovely Melissa Rose wrote this wonderful article expressing her love for the Federalist Party as part of the Media section of the event, and we had 5 feds struck with loving tank arrows from the escaped cupid.

Our Deputy Media Director, Mama Lunete, recently had a Q&A session with upcoming Party President, Melissa Rose. The questions asked are in bold and Melissa’s answers follow.

How are you today?
I'm good it's been a busy weekend with deadpool and Valentine's day. Plus I made Lasagna for dinner and cannoli for dessert. Busy girl!

You were a legacy Fed for a while, what made you decide to come back and get involved with your old party again?
Boredom. I never really totally left. I lurked. Life calmed down and got boring so I thought it might be fun or at least less boring 🙂

What do you think of the current state of eRepublik and the Federalist Party given your perspective?
The game is dying but it's not dead. It's a smaller game then it was with a limited pool of active players but it I see something in the newer players that makes me think that us old players need to just hang back and watch a bit more then we are used to. The Feds are a very different party than they were even just a few years ago. It's exciting to see the newer players step up and lead.

What was your inspiration to run for Party President?
Aramec. I see a group of new players that seem to not be sure enough about themselves within the party structure to advance as much as they could. I want to cultivate that.

How do you plan to on shaping and leading the party during your time as Party President?
I have NO PLAN! Just kinda rollin. Seriously I'm hoping to pull up some new players from the ranks to do all my work for me.

What plans do you have for activities this month?
Well Lunete that's kinda your job... get crackin! *snaps whip*

Tea or coffee?
That is a very complicated question that involves quite a number of variables. What time of day is it? Is it herbal or caffeinated tea? After considering all of the varia... no no really... coffee
