[ESTERI] Interview to BLAGULA, MoFA of Thailandia [ENG/IT]

Some days ago our ambassador to Thailand, Roots Bloody Roots, interviewed Thai MoFA BLAGULA. Here’s his full interview!

Qualche giorno fa il nostro ambasciatore in Thailandia, Roots Bloody Roots, ha intervistato il MoFA thailandese BLAGULA. Ecco l’intervista completa!

1 ) What do you do in your RL? Your age, your hobbies and passtime activities, your job/studies, life philosophy etc.
➤ Hello and thank you for inviting me for this interview. I'm 30 years old, a car insurance manager, RL Serbian who is playing Erepublik as Thai Citizen.
Also, I am committed to exploring Cosmic Forces and study metaphysical, spiritual, binding, omnipotent and ubiquitous power that holds enormous importance for me so I can one day become a Sith Lord.

My life philosophy is:" Be yourself " and "Do not take life too seriously. You will never get out of it alive. "

2 ) You've always been active in politics and diplomacy in the game (CP, MoFA etc.), what's your secret? What would you suggest to new player for such a great in-game career?
➤ I don't have any secrets. Secrets are something that you tell everybody to tell nobody.

I'm currently the MoFA for Thailand, over the past 5+ years I have based my gameplay on fair, honest, open cooperation, without any conspiracies or twoface political manoeuvres.

People appreciate that kind of politician and that is also reason why Thailand is one of the most respectful countries in the game.

This is a good tip for everyone who works in foreign affairs: To be respectful, open, fair but also it is important to be not naive sometimes.

Anyway foreign affairs jobs are for me the most interesting jobs in game because you have opportunity to meet many nice people from the rest of the world and
also MoFA jobs are the most important in Erepublik because diplomacy is central to world events and conflicts, which is determined by MoFA's worldwide.

3 )Most of the countries are currently under the control of the dictators, even the elected presidents are making military coups to prevent any other dictatorship threats. Could you tell us the purpose of the dictatorship in your country? What do you think about the dictatorship module in the game?
➤ Thailand has had a dictatorship for the past 5+ years, much before Plato added the role officially, our Dictator is a body we call the " Council of old Farts ".

That is the official name of Thai high council, and members of that council are the most skilled players in their areas, covering many important things and also the most active players in Thailand.

We have a specific totalitarian system supported and loved by all Thai citizens.
Democracy only splits people, whereas dictatorship ( with Dictators who really care for the country's benefits ) can unite them all and a make country more stable and more stronger. This is at least my point of view and I personally think that each single country should have the system we use in eThailand, with the most valuable, skilled, honest and fair players as advisers of each Dictator so they all can help their countries.

4 ) Regarding to the old and current MPPs of eThailand, can we say that you're a member of an "unofficial alliance" against the dark side? Everybody knows that it's not too hard to join Asteria and get some regions or military support in return, but you prefer to fight against it. For a governer, is it hard to make a choice like that?
➤I must say that you are bit wrong at that assertion. Thailand isn't a member or supporter of any dark or light side, after TWO/Act collapsed we kept all MPP's same as we had before, and helped build Asteria. However after an unfair statute for average sized countries we refused to be part of Asteria and so built our own alliance.

Meanwhile we were faced with the fact that some countries didn't want Thailand as their ally because they conspired against, and that was more important for them then good relations with Thais.

That's how we lost some MPPs but also after that we also made several new friendships so now our partners and allies are at both sides of game during current geopolitical circumstances.

Nevertheless we respect and cooperate with each single one of them on same equal way of fair and honest relation between us, no matter on which side they are; they are all friends and allies of Thailand.

5 ) Which countries do you consider as loyal friends or swore enemies for eThailand? Is it possible to establish a constant "foreign affairs policy" in an unsteady game like eRepublik?
➤ All Thai allies are loyal friends of Thailand same as Thailand is loyal to all of them.

We have some really old partnerships with countries such as Hungary (almost 6 years), and new partnerships with places such as Italy; but in our eyes there is no more or less important friends and we treat each partnership on same equal way.

Regarding enemies, Thailand has none. But we are hostile with only one nation... the U.S.A.

And yes, it is possible to establish a constant "foreign affairs policy" - Thailand is exemplary in this regard.

6 ) One last question, what do you think of Italy as your ally? You have a certain opinion about our community in RL and in the game? What do you think we could improve?
➤ Italy in-game is a country who are very often faced with huge challenges, this is because you are geographically in the danger zone. However the biggest obstacle for Italians is domestic politic chaos.

I really hope that all Italians can solve domestic political issues and be united, because that is only recipe for Italy to do much more in this game. Since we recently entered a partnership I believe in Italian power, and I am happy because of this partnership and my belief that both our countries will stand together at all occasions in the future. In RL I have been to Italy several times,and also my grandmother was Italian.I love Italy's historical sights, food, music and of course my favorite thing about Italy is Italian women who are one of the most beautiful and the most sexiest in the world.

➤ Ciao e grazie per avermi invitato a questa intervista. Ho 30 anni, sono un manager di una società di assicurazione auto, serbo nella vita reale che sta giocando ad Erepublik come cittadino thailandese.
Inoltre, mi impegno a esplorare le forze cosmiche e studio la potenza metafisica, spirituale, legante, onnipotente e onnipresente che contiene un’enorme importanza per me in modo che possa diventare un giorno un Signore dei Sith.

La mia filosofia di vita è: "Sii te" e "Non prendere la vita troppo sul serio. Non ne uscirai mai vivo".

2 ) Sei sempre stato attivo nella politica e nella diplomazia nel gioco (CP, MoFA ecc), qual è il tuo segreto? Cosa suggeriresti ad un nuovo giocatore per una così grande carriera in-game?
➤ Io non ho nessun segreto. I segreti sono qualcosa che si dicono a tutti di non dire a nessuno.

Sono attualmente MoFA della Thailandia, nel corso degli ultimi 5 anni e più ho basato il mio modo di giocare su nell’aperta, corretta e giusta coperazione, senza complotti o doppiogiochismi politici.

La gente apprezza questo tipo di uomo politico e questa è anche la ragione per cui la Thailandia è uno dei paesi più rispettosi del gioco.

Questo è un buon consiglio per tutti coloro che lavorano in politica estera: essere rispettosi, aperti, equi ma anche è importante non essere ingenui a volte.

In ogni caso i lavori degli affari esteri sono per me i lavori più interessanti nel gioco perché si ha occasione di incontrare molte persone simpatiche dal resto del mondo e
anche i lavori MOFA sono i più importanti in Erepublik perché la diplomazia è al centro di eventi e conflitti mondiali, che è determinato da tutto il mondo di MoFA.

3 ) La maggior parte dei paesi sono attualmente sotto il controllo dei dittatori, anche i presidenti eletti stanno facendo colpi di stato militari per evitare altre minacce dittatoriali. Ci può dire lo scopo della dittatura nel suo paese? Cosa ne pensi del modulo dittatura in gioco?
➤ La Thailandia ha avuto una dittatura negli ultimi 5 anni, molto prima che Plato aggiungesse il ruolo ufficialmente, il nostro dittatore è un corpo che noi chiamiamo il "Council of old Farts".

Questo è il nome ufficiale del sommo consiglio thailandese, ed i membri di tale consiglio sono i giocatori più abili nelle loro aree, che coprono molte cose importanti ed anche i giocatori più attivi in ​​Thailandia.

Abbiamo un sistema totalitario specifico sostenuto e amato da tutti i cittadini thailandesi.
La democrazia divide solo le persone, mentre la dittatura (con dittatori che realmente si preoccupano per i benefici del paese) può unire tutti e un realizzare un paese più stabile e più forte. Questo è almeno il mio punto di vista ed io personalmente penso che ogni singolo paese dovrebbe avere il sistema che usiamo in Thailandia, con i giocatori più validi, abili, onesti e corretti come consiglieri di ogni dittatore in modo che tutti possano aiutare i loro paesi.

4 ) Per quanto riguarda i vecchi e attuali MPP della Thailandia, possiamo dire che siete un membro di un'"alleanza non ufficiale" contro il “lato oscuro”? Tutti sanno che non è troppo difficile unirsi ad Asteria e ottenere alcune regioni e sostegno militare in cambio, ma voi preferite lottare contro di essa. Per un governante, è difficile fare una scelta del genere?
➤Devo dire che è un po’ sbagliato fare questa affermazione. La Thailandia non è un membro o sostenitore di alcun lato oscuro o chiaro, dopo la fine di TWO/ACT abbiamo mantenuto tutti gli stessi MPP che avevamo prima, e abbiamo contribuito a costruire Asteria. Tuttavia, dopo uno statuto ingiusto per i paesi di medie dimensioni ci siamo rifiutati di far parte di Asteria e così abbiamo costruito una nostra propria alleanza.

Nel frattempo siamo stati di fronte al fatto che alcuni paesi non hanno voluto la Thailandia come loro alleato perché ci hanno cospirato contro, e questo era più importante per loro dei buoni rapporti con i thailandesi.

Ecco come abbiamo perso alcuni MPP, ma abbiamo anche fatto molte nuove amicizie così ora i nostri partner ed alleati sono su entrambi i lati di gioco durante le attuali circostanze geopolitiche.

Tuttavia noi rispettiamo e collaboriamo con ogni singolo paese tra essi allo stesso modo di una relazione equa ed onesta tra noi, non importa da quale parte essi siano; sono tutti amici ed alleati della Thailandia.

5 ) Quali sono i paesi che considerate amici leali e che giurate nemici per la Thailandia? È possibile stabilire una costante "politica degli affari esteri" in un gioco instabile come eRepublik?
➤ Tutti gli alleati thailandesi sono amici leali della Thailandia come la stessa Thailandia è fedele a tutti loro.

Abbiamo alcune alleanza molto vecchie con paesi come l'Ungheria (quasi 6 anni), e nuove relzioni con paesi come l'Italia; ma nei nostri occhi non ci sono amici più o meno importanti e trattiamo ogni alleanza allo stesso ugual modo.

Per quanto riguarda i nemici, la Thailandia non ne ha nessuno. Ma siamo ostili ad una sola nazione… gli USA.

E sì, è possibile stabilire una "politica degli affari esteri" costante - la Thailandia è esemplare in questo senso.

6 ) Un'ultima domanda, cosa ne pensi dell’Italia come vostro alleato? Hai un’opinione certa sulla nostra comunità in RL e nel gioco? Cosa pensi che potremmo migliorare?
➤ L’Italia nel gioco è un paese che spesso si è trovato di fronte a sfide enormi, questo è perché siete geograficamente in una zona di pericolo.. Tuttavia il più grande ostacolo per gli italiani è il caos politico interno.

Spero davvero che tutti gli italiani possono risolvere i problemi di politica interna ed essere uniti, perché è l’unica ricetta per l'Italia per fare molto di più in questo gioco. Dal momento che abbiamo recentemente siglato un’alleanza io credo nella potenza italiana, e sono felice a seguito di ciò e ritengo che entrambi i nostri paesi staranno insieme in tutte le occasioni in futuro. Nella vita reale sono stato in Italia diverse volte, e anche mia nonna era italiana. Io amo i paesaggi, il cibo e la musica italiani e, naturalmente, la cosa che preferivo sull’Italia sono le donne italiane che sono tra le più belle e sexy del mondo.
