[eIre MoF] Money Transfers

Dia Dhuit Ireland,

eIreland, shortly before the election finished, under instruction of the then CP Kattiaa, all our money was moved from the Orgs and back into the government coffers. Congress was duly notified of this, with an open book system showing the funds transfer, as well as a request for them to ticket the transfers if required, to ensure it was all above board.

Now with the election numbers deemed correct by eRep admins, as well as the potential Impeachment vote, looking like it will fail (Impeachment votes need 66% to pass. We have a 36 member congress, which means 24 people would have to vote NO), the Department of Finance would like to start moving our cash back into the Orgs to ensure our country can run smoothly.

For this to happen, as MoF of eIreland, I will be proposing a 'Donate' Law to transfer funds. I hope congress will allow this law to pass smoothly so eIreland can get on track to rebuild and regrow. As well as let the elected government function.
