Another letter to our Australian farmers




A month ago I wrote an article where the idea for farmers list was proposed. This list became a real thanks to your kind assistance, but to be fair I expect more participants.
It is time to go further. With your help again we can achieve the following:
- Happy employers
- Well paid workers
- Strong community


Triple Benefits!


In tight cooperation the Government structures – DoF & JDS will work together with Australian employers. Here is what all we must do. It is simple, easy, and will brings benefits to all.


Employer wants serious workers which will help for better production planning. Government will give a subsidy to all 1-st Div players who work for farmer part of eAustralian Employers Association. Young players can’t contribute serious damage on the battlefield and this is a way to reward their patience until they grow up. The grant will be 1 Gold for 7 days working in a row. There is no risk the gold to be given to multi, because there is not such fake account who will log in every day. Now, what farmers need to do for making this happen?

• Employer should PM JDS director that he wants his/hers name to be written in JDS last task.
Weapons and food can be given instead of normal wage.
• Employer (with or without eAustralian citizenship) will pay the rewards to his/hers workers.
• Employer will claim from JDS director the amount of gold he gave to his/hers workers for certain period.
• Employer must give the name of his 1-st Div workers to JDS director.
• JDS director will make a list with all serious workers.
• JDS director will claim for Government money once per month.
• DoF will assist anytime it needs.
