I think not. Italy, historically, EDEN awaits, but it's like waiting for Godot.

As we can see in the last Official MoFA Article from America ( http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/-potus-foreign-affairs-elections-and-week-2-of-branch-hopping-2138752/1/20 ) USA will sign with Croatia as Poland will sign with Hungary.
