Greetings Ireland,

As I explained in my candidacy article, my plan was to publish articles biweekly to report on government activity. However, since there are some news more suitable for an article than for a shout, here is the first overview of the legislature.



Ministry of Defense and Foreign Affairs

With our defeat in Mayo against Finland, we have started the usual rotaton of training war partners to control determination. The Dáil Éirean has already been informed about the next steps, but since they may change, please keep an eye on the country's feed before fighting. I hope we will be able to finish everything soon so there aren't many inconveniences when it comes to residency. And remember that if no special remark is made, the attacker loses in all our current tws.

Also, the training war with South Afrika was closed due to Romanian interference. Therefore, we are already working in establishing a new training war. I´ll keep you updated about that, but it shouldn't take long.

In addition, the 133rd week of the Air Program has been paid. With 23 pilots enrolled (and another one next week), I think it's been quite useful when it comes to improving our citizens' air rank. If you are interested, don´t forget to sign up in the weekly report.

Finally, we had a tuesday epic battle in d4 with Canada. It was nice to see the irish fighting together.



Economy

I promised transparency so here you have a summary of all our economic operations

First of all, regular income where the government isn't involved.



And all the transactions done by us:

+ 55230 iep deposited in the Country Treasure due to RoC tax return.
- 81595 iep paid to South Africa (tw tax return).
- 460,956 cc to Canada from tax refund.

To pay for everything, two 400k donation laws were approved by the Dáil Éirean, so thanks for your diligence processing everything quickly.

As you´ll probably know, next week we may have a special weekly challenge due to eRepublik 14th anniversary. Previous years we had extra energy recovery so to help in ths regard, here it is a food giveaway.
