Please give a warm Sláinte to Ireland's 'new' Commander General: Ian Arbuckle

The Commander General of the IDF is a position that answers to the Chief of Staff. He (or she) maintains the army, disciplines it, monitors the chain of command and implements any changes that may be required.
(A position I just learned of...)

Although the title is the 'new' part, Ian has gone above and beyond in the duties required of a Commander General since my first days as Chief of Staff. The recent success of the Irish Defence Forces can be equally attributed to Ian as much as anybody else.
