Department decree n°2/4/2013, renewing the Committee on Immigration


The Department of Home Affairs,

Seeing that the Committee on Immigration worked fine before,
Congratulating the winning of democracy over the Political Take-Over coup,
Wishing to see new active players in the country,

has adopted the following decree:


Article 1

1 Following Title II, Section C of the eSwiss Confederation Constitution, the Committee on Immigration is composed of 5 (five) members; 3 (three) members are nominated by Congress and represent the Congress, 2 (two) members are nominated by the President as represent the Government.

2 The members of the Committee are:

For Congress:
- Sheldon the Mad Scientist;
- dyplomata z krakowa;
- Thedillpickl.

For the government:
- Archein von Drakenov;
- Rican.


Article 2

The composition of the Committee is effective as soon as the present decree is published by the Minister of Home Affairs.


Article 3

The Constitution makes provisions for the Committee's regulations.
