With this treaty all of the sides agree to swap regions as it is specified below and then cease military actions against each other until the 5th of June, 2012, unless treaty is prolonged by the newly elected Presidents.

A deposit of 100 000 CC is transfered to Bank of England by Belarus and Lithuania to ensure both sides follow the terms of this treaty. In case one side breaks the treaty, both deposits are transfered to the account of the other side. In case none of the sides break treaty, the deposit will be returned to both sides when treaty term commences.

Region swap will be achieved according to the following steps (starting from 21st of May and continuing as soon as game mechanics allow it):

Lithuania attacks Hrodzienskaya and loses, then Belarus attacks Dainava and loses too.
Belarus attacks Vitebskaya and Brestskaya by RW and wins
Latvia declares Belarus as Natural Enemy
Latvia attacks Vitebskaya and loses
Belarus takes Homelskaya by RW
Belarus attacks Latgale and wins
Belarus attacks Vidzeme and wins
Estonia declares Belarus as Natural Enemy
Russia declares Latvia as their NE
Lithuania attacks Vitebskaya and wins
Estonia attacks Vidzeme and loses
Russia attacks Mahilyowskaya and Minskaya and wins
Belarus attacks Louna Eesti and wins
Latvia attacks Louna Eesti and Vidzeme and wins
Lithuania attacks Latgale and wins
Lithuania signs peace with Belarus


During the region swap ABC have to fight for Belarus in war against Latvia and Estonia. Belarus will follow EDEN’s orders.

All sides agree that after region swap:

1. Lithuania will borrow Vitebskaya from Belarus.
2. Belarus will not ask Terra/Eden (or ONE/ABC) to fight for Belarus side in the resistance wars.
3. If any resistance war is successful, Lithuania will declare Belarus as their Natural Enemy and take back the regions that were taken back.
4. Belarus will not have to lose any part of the deposit if Lithuania doesn’t take care of the resistance war and does not fight in it.
5. Belarus will not fight against Lithuania and will not declare them as their Natural Enemy if a war between Lithuania and Belarus has to take place to get Vitebskaya back.
6. If during any training war that is necessary to make region swaps/get back lost regions Lithuania or Belarus fails to fulfill the training war conditions they lose 20 000 CC from their deposit.
