First of all, the Narwhals never received funding by the eSK government. We're completely Alfa-funded. Second, a military has to be trained. Increase in Rank is essential for becoming a valuable soldier who is able to defend his country and the allies of this country. Why the funding you ask? Have you ever been on a V2 battlefield? It's impossible to win a fight without a decent weapon.
So, can you increase in rank and become a better soldier without winning? I don't think so.

No. You talked about cutting back the military funding, which doesn't really help the army. A barehanded army is rather ridiculous.

If you read Yonai's article thoroughly (as anyone should always do when posting a "response" or "rebuttal"), you will see that she gave you due credit for your article explaining your proposal. It was quite a compliment, honestly.

1. Of cource eSK IRC isnt really that active but hey, I'm usually around and in the same timezone like u. I was there when u want to aks me something and all that stuff, so u cant say there's no one who can teach u. BUT I told u, we cant read your thoughts, so u should have contacted me or someone else BEFORE you made the proposals. The article u wrote after the proposals are made isnt more then an excuse!

Well I can only speak for me, I dont attack a single person, I attack the proposal, doesnt matter who initialized it, if it wasnt discussed and flip back a whole taxplan of an earlier term. If you dont know the past, then ask, but I never saw u asking in IRC while I was there, except our smalltalk and the talk after the proposals where made. BUT if u want to run for congress, u should be informed of what was made, what should be done... You can't blame the people if you dont read the forum yourself. 3. The military is funded by the incoming money from eSK countries or importing foreign countries. Like in an other comment on some of the previous article was said, you can lower the taxes to the bottom but u will not attract new foreign companies because who will buy the goods, max 200 people in eSK? 20G for an exportlizense *thumbs up* you will need months till u refund it.
But the importtax isnt the real problem, more with lowering the income tax some problems will occur.

It's simple math: lowering the incometax (-) + lowering the importtax (+-0) = - in the national treasury.

Lowering the importtax would have been acceptable, even not discussed, but with lowering the income tax, you've done a disservice to whole eSK...

As to communication and education, you and everyone you can get from your party should barrage us with private messages so that we cannot ignore it.
Not sure where I personally sit on the issues but I am pretty sure that we as a country need to look at our military now that we have a capable MoD and are in a position to really do something with it.

I think the point was that had you made the article explaining your desire/reasons for changing the rates then others could of had a discussion on it, told you why it was the way it was and listen to why you thought it should be changed.

People needed to say 'what they wanted' not 'why they did'

Now on the Korean guard accaunt there are olny 20 gold left basicly he spent 30 gold so far by his own writing in his articals to fight uninmportant battles in Bolivia and Austria and make "friendships".

As for the laws we think that they should be lowered especialy the import onse cause there is nothing on the korean market.

The debate was publicized by both myself and the President, although in defence of some congressmen the outcome of such discussions and other goings on in IRC, Forums, PM's and Articles tended to act independently of each other.

And where should we discuse this last time i visited your chat one of your guys started to attack me that i have been starting stupid proposals about taxes.When i tried to explain he said that it would have been better off that i had left as i have done after wining in the previous 2 elections and leave you to run your country.

We are not attempting to steal money we are trying to lower taxes we want every tax to be at 1% except immport for grain.Mauby 1-5% vat is the most that can be raised in taxes all others immport and income should be 1%.

At the moment the market is empty exept for rifles there are no other q5 weapon offers,there are no q5 houses and q5`s bread price is more than i earn with 12 hours working.

If you lower the prices some companys workers may decide to start selling here and the country will make money from licences.Also becuse Korea has no active wars except with USA and Japan many company owners may decide to open grain companys right here.
Or if you want the ones that alwready have a business to prosper at least ask china to attack some of our regions so we the companys can get cheap licences

It was never something personal against u, if u felt that way, well im sorry. Get over it or hate me, i dont care, but the way the proposals were made sucks hard, and the proposals sucks too, because there is no... really NO + why the taxes should be changed that way.
