Honestly, It isnt that great as i expected.. but i SERIOUSLY love the forums... they are a GREAT source of knowledge and entertainment]
Though i agree with Christopher, i still suggest people to join SHIELD, get to know about how things work. Soldiers are expected to be actively fighting every day, which is lacking here (there are too less wars nowadays, so i really dont blame them). Atleast completion of DO is expected.
