But seriously, when I do go there, with my distinct sTroll, it lacks humility, but when you have sTrolled over communities... OK, that's ancient history, which is here (in this game) sooner than later, and repeating history is more in vogue than remembering it, by FDSers.
Onward to the question of attention; yes I will admit it, I like attention, but not like those, who gush over even insults, if provided by those above them in hierarchy (moderators) of the sheltered forum of dwellers.
I have a RL companion that provides all the companionship and attracts all the attention I could desire.

which raises two questions 1. iNCi left without saying goodbye (nor did you) 2. were is iNCi forum? I made many friend with iNCi members, I wonder if they remember me.
I have switched between eUS and Cyprus several times in the last 4 years. No one had any problems with it. If you feel it prohibits me from doing moderator duties, you can complain at eusforums moderation support board.
There is no iNCi forum anymore since 2012.

There is no such criteria. It depends on the judgement of the immigration people in both countries.
But it sounds like there is an open door policy for you. From my recent experience, a player choosing the wrong country to start the game may as well quit before expecting to be allowed in to the eUS, were is the fairness in that? I mean you had to be bribed to stop granting citizenships...
