Poland Prepares to Enter Central America
Today, Poland and Spain performed a series of region swaps, leaving the Spanish Canary Islands under Polish control. From here, Poland is expected to launch an assault into Mexico, presumably to acquire a high oil region and to damage enemy assets.
The United States Government was not informed of these region swaps and is disappointed in the lack of warning from the Polish and Spanish Governments. While the USA does not seek conflict with either Spain or Poland, their previous threats of war and new proximity to the United States means that the Woxan Administration is now taking all precautions nessecary to secure its borders. Citizens should stand ready to fight should the need arise.
Domestic Anti-PTO Efforts
As of the last Party President elections, it is apparent that the United States is under a Political Take Over threat. Citizens are encouraged to join the United Independents Party (UIP) in order to force the TO party out of the Top 5.
Citizens are also encouraged to sign up to be blockers in the upcoming congressional elections. In our current state of PTO threat, it is more important than ever that all congressional spots be filled. Interested citizens should fill out this link.

USA in South Africa
Once again, the United States Military contributed the most damage of all allied forces in the recent battles for Gauteng and Limpopo, high diamond and future high titanium regions in South Africa. Congratulations go out to the US Military for their fantastic showing.
Any citizens who wish to join the military should apply to join the United States Training Corps by filling out this form.

I agree, you never know what Nationalist think they are going to do. Remember, in the eyes of Poland, the eUS doesn't contribute anything to the allied side. We would not be a great loss. We also aren't seen as able to fight Poland successfully, and we are already considered traitors for leaving EDEN. Also, I'm willing to bet that many assume that our mutual allies would all side with Poland (incorrectly I think).
I personally doubt that they would do it as many of these above stated presumptions were probably just smears that came from angry tempers. But again, you never know what people are able to convince themselves when their pride is on the line. Be it to say, better not to let any belligerent foreign powers into N. America if we can; no matter how unlikely they are to follow through with there belligerence. Especially since they refused to even warn us ahead of time about what they were doing.
