For 1 thing its role is to help younger players not older low level players.
Players not leveling is a common thing in many games:
Usually it gives them an unfair advantage over newer and younger citizens of the same level.
In the whole time they are here nothing stopped them from building up an industry that could provide them with 3000 Food a day and 100 weapons a day.
I can reveal that without any Q7 Wep factories I indeed produce so much food and can buy much more weapons than than.
Now here is where my dilemma comes in.
What should the role of the older player be in the department of education. Certainly they are already educated.
Their role is either to mentor young players like Mr. Tayto or to help with donations.
Their role cannot be on the receiving end of the department of education. Unless we say every citizen of Ireland receive stuff when they ask for it.
I have screenshotted some guilty parties : 1 was deserving of the handout.
And it saddens me to see that Mirek12345 our CP is asking for handouts . tut tut mirek surely you dont need handouts going to you.
it is clear therefore that Mr Tayto is currently having the wool pulled over his eyes by these players and therefore should retire with immediate effect to give an older player a chance to establish a proper guideline for handouts.

Is it because it is only meant for young citizens and the arbitary line was drawn at division 2 but obviuosly anyone know its meant for young citizens its minister of education not minister of community. learn the difference.

so ian arbuckle who is 1918 days old and was born on day 475 should receive a prize from the minister of education meant for new/young citizens. And likewise you a very old citizen must receive this.
Please explain this logic. And no they actually go one step further and ask and receive handouts meant for young players.

Division 1&2 players should be conserving their 'xp clicks' to make the highest point impact in campaigns.
WaM clicks are xp clicks.
Low div players cannot into industry, regardless of age.

But a mystery of your finance books during your MoF days still remains a mystery...
none of them have really impressive strength there was none that beat me and many few years older than me. therefore you argument fails. actually you have 5000 experience till next level i level each week but if you took say 50 WRM you would have daily income of 600 iep and will only level each 100 days which means 3 levels from working each year. also workers take no experience and surely your argument is totally debunked by the fact that if they say bought 10 Q7 WRM factories they could have sufficient income with little experience gain.
correction 2 exp per hit still 7 levels per year is normal.
so sweet you agree since this players just hang around and dont really strength train or make money they are a massive liability in positions of power such as mirek atm.

I've received nothing from the MoE food distribution. I'm a contributor to that program.
I have signed up for the raffle, as it is a chance something might be received. I may or may not actually get a prize.
If you feel so left out and unloved, start your own programs and get some support for them.
so why are higher level players excluded from the raffle. isnt it for the same reason they are excluded form food handsouts. why dont you call it minister for division 1 and 2 players then instead.
Higher level players (divisions 3 & 4) are excluded because that was the way i wanted the raffle to be run, and he who pays the piper calls the tune - Simple.
We are now separating people by division, not age, its used to be by level or strength in times gone by.
When you want to stump up for a raffle then you can run one for division 3 & 4 if you want.
exclusion breeds contempt nogin. learn this know beofre you hold any further raffles. lets be honest for a division 3 & 4 player min of education has become articles one simply dont read anymore. why would i read about other people getting food etc.
Mate, I did not receive any food from the 3000 food giveaway, if you actually read my comment you would see where I said that it was a commendable initiative, but I did not need anything as I am mostly self sufficient. If you're talking about the raffle, I do not see anything so bad with only Div 1 & 2 players being eligible, don't get mad at me I didn't make the rules. Just incase your wondering the reason why I am so low on level in proportion to my time in the game is because I completely left the game for a while and two clicked when I returned for a bit more than a year or so. If you read my article, you would see that.

You know you are right, and as an elder lemon I fell well placed to give you a bit of advice young fella. Dear Victor Kurgan, I can see your boy RtK, is full of vim, vigour and urgency- and this is only to be commended. But might I recommend that he compose his articles and posts in software that has a spelling and grammar check utility before posting to eRepublik. I only say this as I feel the full force of his insight will only become clear once he masters the nuances and intricacies of written polemic. So in summary I award him a B+. RtK displays limitless potential, and if he just paid a little more attention to the details, I have no doubt that he will achieve all his aims. ireland atm is rewarding the weak by supporting their weakness . you cant claim to have strength trained . imo current programs is a massive waste of state money.

All the Whos down in Whoville liked Raffles a lot, but the Grinch, who lived just north of Whoville, did not. The Grinch hated Raffles - the whole Raffle season. i have more strength than all the players i listed above and you guys claim they are strength training. and so what i was fed up with this kinda game on facebook used to play one to death and therefore pursued other parts of the game.
the greatest lesson i was taught was that go for the resources. a poor player cant properly compete in a game. as you can see your old players has less strength than me but more time in the game.
per capita we may be the weakest nation around.
