Westminster:Dictatorship Reform Act

😃ictatorship Reform Act
Back to normality
Things have got back to normal and I have more free time to actually write a proper article and at least try to make it one I’m happier with. I was going to write a post mortem Election report but as is usually the way something else crops up that demands attention. Today’s attention seeking issue is the “Dictatorship Reform Act” proposed by King William the Great, it is only a small proposal as it is a reform of our current dictatorship and not a wrecking ball needing a total rewrite. Please find below the proposed Bill.
What changes does it make to our current system?
Primarily the Bill would remove our current system and safeguards in choosing a Dictator, it would allow citizens to decide the Dictator rather than Congress by making the elected PM automatically Dictator. Sounds great in principal, I’m all for democracy but it should be left to the current laws of Parliament to decide the Dictator as it has safeguards to minimise rogue elements. This proposal has the potential to give an individual too much power to quickly and before we know it a Great Train Robbery scenario. In my mind the current process works fine, the Congress is elected by the public, debates, amends and votes on legislation and the Dictator is elected by Congress and rubberstamps the will of Congress. There is no need to make a change. However as an independent publication it is up to the reader to make up their mind, so please check out the UK Constitution and compare to the Reform Act.
And also...
A question has to be asked about the motive behind this proposal, is it truly for the benefit of eUK? Sadly not, this journalist believes, if this Bill is passed and Presidential candidate King William the Great is voted in as eUK President then he would bypass our current system and rise immediately to topdog. So they are clearly working to his own selfish gains and not for the benefit of the people who voted him in to the House of Commons. That is definitely a conflict of interests.
Time to go
It goodbye yet again and see you soon. Hope you enjoyed the piece so please comment, abuse, rant, praise and fling poop. Generally all the things I have come to expect from the eUK community.

I haven't decided yet on CP run. I'm a placeholder right now just for party publicity.
I think this bill is in the best interests of the British people.
Why did you ask for our parties support if you aren't serious? We can't vote for you if you aren't serious so let us know quickly.
There's no way someone could back him. What experience does he have?
ESO is a mystical party, who knows what crazy things we may do!
Certainly would say you have been touting for other parties support so bit strange if you say you haven't decided. However thanks the comment putting your side forward and i know you have got involved in the discussion on CC's article.
o7 Let's get this out for evryone to see! Voted 😃
Thanks for the plug in the WRP newsletter.
Voted and subbed, I should have subbed you a long time ago.

Thanks and I have read your article on the subject & there seems to be a healthy discussion going on there. That reminds me I must sub to yours as I always have a read.
Should probably point out congress doesn't vote for the dictator under the current system, the public does in a referendum!

Cheers for correcting my misgiving
This is why you don't use legislation, everything ends up being discussions about editing the legislation and zero actually using it.
