Because time has progressed without any meaningful progress and because we are now at a standstill, the Government of eGreece has decided a major shift in policy.

- multiple failed “peace” talks with eTurkey
- after having to have “peace” talks with three different eTurkish presidents in the past week alone (with a fourth president coming in the next day or two)
- after a signed “peace” treaty that was cancelled less then 24 hours later by eTurkey
- after the unwillingless of the eTurkish government to sign a final peace treaty with eGreece
- after the unwillingless of eTurkey to allow EDEN and PANAM to co-exist and co-operate
