Hi, I'm John Gormley, a member of the Irish Freedom Party (IFP), and I'm running for election to the Congress in Cork and Kerry. I was a Congressman once before in after getting elected in April and I had a very successful stint in Dail Eireann. I learned a lot in that term and the experience made me into a much better politician and citizen in general.
I subsequently ran in the elections in May and June but I was unfortunately unable to give much commitment to the campaign due to real-life issues and it was inevitable I would lose which I accepted. Now however, I am free to give much time and effort to this game once more and I am in a position to commit myself fully to serve e-Ireland to the best of my ability.

I've started by telling you a bit about myself but now I must explain why I am worthy of your vote when the polls open tomorrow.
Here is what you can absolutely expect from me if you are so kind to give me your vote tomorrow:

1. I will be active everyday on e-republik, the national forums and on the IRC channel.

2. I will be fully dedicated to the job and I will see out the full term no matter what the circumstances.

3. I will be fully involved in the lawmaking process. I will discuss and vote on every single law or bill proposed by Congress and I will propose my own laws when appropriate.

4. I shall be fully approachable by all citizens of Cork and Kerry and all citizens nationally. If you have an issue you would like raised in Congress, you can contact me by PM.

5. I will always be loyal and committed to the ideals and the people of e-Ireland and I will strive to make it a better place for its citizens.

So, when you go to vote on the 25th., remember to vote John Gormley of the IFP for a better e-Ireland.
