Update: UK Conflict

The past 24-36 hours we have been experiencing increasing aggression towards us by the UK. Now 7 days ago we had worked out some form of training war which the details of which were never released and now that our NE with the UK is over I felt it safe to assume this is not part of any plans we may have had. We have lost Scotland, are currently losing North Ireland by 27-50, and are about even with Cork.

These recent turn of events have caused me to ask for help from some of our fellow allies in EDEN and the eUS Millitary, comprised of the Training Corp, National Guard, Army, Mobile Infantry, Airborne, and Marines, have expressed their wishes to help us out a bit. We have coordinated that they will be primarily focusing on helping us hold Cork for the duration of that battle so it will be our job to hold on to North Ireland until we can get this mess sorted out.

That being said I hope that our new government can immediately work to remedy the situation with the UK so that we can things back under control. In the meantime I will be doing my best to keep Ireland in Irish hands and to combat any form of UK takeover. If for some reason matters do not improve I will petition for help from EDEN tomorrow but I feel it will not come to that.

I hope this small bit of info helps to calm any concerns. I do not think this is a permanent issue, only a temporary setback, but I felt it necessary to put some precautions in place to keep us from losing more land and to inform anyone wondering what exactly was going on.
