Training War.... to a real war :-D

G'Day Australia,

Well while you all have been sitting back relaxing and enjoying beers by the pool after finishing your exams (yes I am looking at you Vasco), the DoFA has been very very busy. So with out further a due, here is an update and an explanation on some upcoming ops.


MPP's

Well, MPP's... since the election, your government has managed to sign/renew 7 MPP's and a few more are coming in as we speak. These range from renewals, NEBULA members and some big hitters like Serbia. All of this will continue to show our support for the alliance and also ensure our country safety against outside aggression.

A lot of these MPP's have been privately paid for by a dedicated member of the Australian public. This is to ensure there is no financial hardship on the country as we work out an acceptable tax system, that works and looks after the future of the country.

For those who are worried, the benefactor has promised to help out next month (no matter who is elected) so there will not be a strain on the Australian budget.


Training War and Region Rent

The Australian government was approached recently by South Africa requesting a Training War. This is an organized and planned battle that allow the countries citizens to get TP medals. After discussing with relevant parties, Australia will enter into this training war. So please stay tuned for MoD updates on which battles to lose and which ones to win.

We will also be using this training war to finalise the Region Rent deal with Peru, for the region of Northern Territory. This will allow Peru to take over NT and also allow Australia to free up NSW as per the original rental agreement.

This TW will not start until MPP's allow.


Future War

While I can not say too much about this at the moment. The DoFA, DoD, NEBULA and some of our allies have been talking about doing a joint operation. As you can imagine, picking a target is not easy. What might look like a good juicy ripe target can be backed up by other powerful nations or have region rent deals with someone else.

All these factors have to be taken into consideration and discussion have to be made with other governments. So please be patient with the government and know we are looking at doing a real war soon.
