Dear brothers of eLatvia,

On behalf of myself and possibly whole eEstonian community, please accept our deepest condolences for this depressing and shocking tragedy in Riga. I duly hope that all of you only had to hear about it in the news and all your friends and families are safe and sound. May God have mercy on the souls of the lost ones and may they all rest in peace.
