Time for Change: Detroit34 for CP
I have been playing eRep for over three years and was overseas until earlier this year when I moved to my RL country, Australia. At first it was great and I served several turns in the Australian Congress but the last few months have been a disappointment.
I am not pointing fingers at what went wrong except to point out the obvious that eAustralia is under occupation and that we also face a PTO threat.
The PTO threat is serious and the PTO players must be killing themselves laughing at the way a number but not all our parties turned on the my party and labelled us a PTO party. The former president of G&G Wingfield did more than any other player to identify who the PTO players were and was mocked for his efforts.
I continue to support Wingfield who is a personal friend of long standing who joined eRep at my suggestion but I am running as my own man. I am a fighter, an experienced ministerial advisor and a good communicator. I really enjoy the game and as recent events have shown I have a good sense of humour and try to treat all players with dignity.
What I have to offer is change not rhetoric. I will fight hard and work hard for eAustralia and will work with anyone who is fair dinkum.
I will be the underdog but will stick at it.
I look for your support for a change.
I want to cooperate.
If you are not interested that OK but please do not waste my time with discourtesy.
To the small minority if you want to be abusive please be original rather than boring.
I want a fun game and I will cooperate with everyone who wants a free eAustralia .

Larni I said that ACP was belittling the monstrous crimes of the communists and Nazis.
Upon reflection you may have been misjudged Detroit and for any part I may have played in that misunderstanding you have my most sincere apologies. I hold no grudge.
you clearly never read a ACP article Detroit, we clearly stated we had NO connection to RL in ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM!

Detroits criticism of using the Soviet logo is fair. It is a disrespect to all the people who died at the hands of this murderous regime. Shame on the Communists for glorifying this heinous regime.
Good luck with your campaign. Whilst sir_c0nstant in a fit of rage anointed you the ANP's preferred candidate this is not actually the case as up until yesterday we supported TJ Norton. The party will consult its members and advise of the preferred candidate in an article to clarify this.

Sorry mate, I can see why you're running, but your actions honestly haven't been much better than wingfields were, and he (whether intentionally or otherwise) did pose a serious problem (and security threat at the time) to our nation.

We've worked together in the past Detroit, and you are a good bloke, who I like and hold respect for. While our political views are somewhat different, and also our views on the use of Communism in a game, I still wish you luck in the upcoming election.
