My name is Oblige and I'm your Secretary of State this term!

The State Department is proud to announce that we are accepting applications for a Special Envoy to China!

The Chinese are becoming a more and more important ally of the eUnited States and due to the way in which the Chinese interact with eRepublik I've decided that our cooperation could be greatly increased with the establishment of a permanent Special Embassy in China.

A Qualified Candidate will:
- Be able to read and write fluent Chinese
- Be willing to install the QQ Instant Messaging Client
- Be willing to create an account on the Chinese Message Board
- Have a list of references
