Join the new world

Here is another idea for Plato. Now most of us except me have this redundant mission the Society Builder. Few people have build the society. Not that many care about doing the job of Plato's marketing department.

Many do not want to invest themselves emotionally in introducing friends and acquaintances into a game they like.

Game invites is now considered by most spam .

So to rejuvenate this feature and to bring it closer to the terminology it used I would suggest a revamp of the concept society builder.

A society or community is build on social interaction. Inviting people certainly is the first step but if nobody comments on what these players say or ask is it really a community.

if nobody discusses article is there really a community.

So community is not only build by those that get new players in. Community or society is moreover build by those people that make them stay.

So my new idea for the society builder medal is a sort of reward system based on our useful interaction.

There will be various categories of interaction counting towards the society builder mission.

1. Inviting a new person would count say 100 after he reaches level 10.
2. Commenting on articles/shouts will count 10
3. A voted comment will count an extra 10 per vote.
4. Spamming would block you receiving community points or cp's for 10 days.
5. Writing a letter would count 25 points. If you write another letter within 20 seconds it would drop by 5 points and continue on this path.
6. Same goes with comments in articles and on shouts
7. Comments and letters must be more than 5 words to count. O7 stuff therefore wont count.


5000 Points is needed for a society builder medal.
Finally we will introduce a new kind of interaction the friend click.

A player may perform up to 5 clicks per day working in the factories of 5 different friends .

For each click Plato will reward him with 25 cc.

Each click earns 25 cc and 10 cp's .

For the friend it earns 1 work ticket.

It is reported on your notices page and you have an option to navigate back to the page of our friend and return the click if you havent clicked already on his work .

What I think would be the net result is hopefully a more interactive community. And an incentive for most players to interact more in their community.
