Has anyone noticed that Day 666 of the New World is coming soon? September 16, 2009 will be the infamous day. This day should be commemorated by the Admins in some glorious way. Vote this article up and tell others to as well so we can get the message out. Also comment on what you think should happen!
Here is a brief history of the Number of the Beast:
The Number of the Beast is described in the Book of Revelation 13:17-18. The original Greek reads:
καὶ ἵνα μή τις δύνηται ἀγοράσαι ἢ πωλῆσαι εἰ μὴ ὁ ἔχων τὸ χάραγμα, τὸ ὄνομα τοῦ θηρίου ἢ τὸν ἀριθμὸν τοῦ ὀνόματος αὐτοῦ. Ὧδε ἡ σοφία ἐστίν• ὁ ἔχων νοῦν ψηφισάτω τὸν ἀριθμὸν τοῦ θηρίου• ἀριθμὸς γὰρ ἀνθρώπου ἐστί• καὶ ὁ ἀριθμὸς αὐτοῦ χξϛʹ.
The King James translates:
And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
The better translation of the Number of the Beast is represented in these lyrics:
Woe to You Oh Earth and Sea
for the Devil sends the beast with wrath
because he knows the time is short
Let him who hath understanding
reckon the number of the beast
for it is a human number
its number is six hundred and sixty six.

In Greek's and Rome's alpahbet, all numbers had a numerical value. Nero the Roman Empire (Dictator) could spell his name two ways, one in Greek and one in Roman. Both ways that you spell it however, his numerical value of his name adds up to 666 leading many to believe he is the 'Devil'.

Day 666 should be the day of a major revision release. For example ... any region with a population over 4000 will have pollution problems, and have 1 health point deducted. It would encourage people to live in lower populated areas.
