I am not sure if all my articles were good or not/if my newspaper is old enough or not or whatever,but I would still go ahead wih my plan of going ahead with my plan,that is,to open a PMF,i.e,. A Private Media Firm



All you need to have is some Basic knowledge about the media,i.e,. Media Literacy. Even if you dont have a newspaper,you can send your article to me exact word-to-word and it will be published in your name



You all will be given specific tasks for your writing,depending on your own prefered fields,given that,you will write in that field only. Max. 3 fields allowed out of 5 (Battle Orders arent our duty). You must have some amount of knowledge related to your field,which will be chosen by you based on your free will. You have the option of all the fields you like and are free to re-post your eRep intro articles ensuring that there is no multiple of those in the thread. YOU ARE ALLOWED TO CHOOSE YOUR FIELD



Our Objective

I havent seen as much work by MoMC this term as last term,this is where we step in. The only differenc,our committee doesnt change while MoMC changes every month








Now,your Pay

So let us proceed.

1) You will be payed according to the votes your articles get,and how useful/entertaining/attractive it is to the Community,based on comments and views by the Board.
No on how you will be paid



You will be paid on the basis of the votes and appreciation you get,the packages are as follows :-
a) You get 700 INR/week if you accumulate 180 or more votes on all your articles throughout the week.
b) You get 600 UNR/week if you accumuate 140-180 votes in all your articles throughout the week
c) You get 500 INR/week if you accumulate 90-140 votes on your articles throughout the week
d) You get 300 INR/week if you accumulate 40-90 votes on your articles throughout the week.
e) You get 100 INR/week for trying and getting 10-40 votes on your articles written in seven days.
f) NO PAY IF YOU DONT GET EVEN TEN VOTES THROUGHOUT A WEEK.(very easy to get if you publish even two below-par articles)

YOUR PAY WILL BE BASED 60% ON THE COMMENTS BY THE BOARD,40% BY VOTES YOU GET,so all votes wont do. Out of 100 INR,60 is by the consent of The Board and the rest by votes,so no spamming allowed

2) This is not a Government funded program,as you can read Private Media Firm,so we are fully capable of criticizing the government being citizens of a democratic country.



3) You are free to keep your newspapers name and logo anything you wish and resign from your post according to you. You are also free to write non-TPPMF articles via your newspaper/mine (if you are one of our writers without your own newspapers).
PS. YOU WILL BE FULLY INDEPENDENT TO WRITE YOUR OWN AND NON-TPPMF ARTICLES AS WELL

4) The logo is at the top of this article which must be put at the top of all official TPPMF Articles along with the [TPPMF] tag (The Phoenix Private Media Firm) which must be sent and certified by the Board

You noticed the word Board,thinking what it is,prolly wouldnt have been had it not been for me bolding it.



Basically,it would be a 3 member(min.) committee comprising the most old writers of the firm,from whom you can certify your official articles. Certification from anyone would do. HOWEVER,NO NEED OF THAT FOR TWO MONTHS FROM NOW,TILL WE GET ENOUGH WRITERS AND FORM A BOARD,YOU WILL BE FREE TO USE IT IN ALL YOUR ARTICLES (Only for TPPMF members). And in a week/two if you give an average article daily,you're in the board/wont need permission no more 😛.
