What’s He Building?


As much as I’ve sort of made myself the center of attention lately, it’s not me that’s going to make December GR4ND, it’s going to be the team of experts that assemble daily to do the important work of government.

And since the campaign is moving forward to what we hope will be a victory on December 5th, I want the eUS Community to know who will be serving them in public offices of note.

So here I present to you the GR4ND Cabinet:



I have taken great pride in selecting running mates. Some of you will remember my very first Running Mate, jerseygirl (and of course you can imagine the thrill of being able to make THIS my campaign theme song.

Then there was greeling. Then Pumpkinette.

But I may be about to oudo myself here. I am giddy to announce that my running mate and the next Vice President of eUSA will be none other than the legendary… the recently returned to eLife… the media mogul and BTR king himself… the future of eRepublik:






Younger players won’t know him because he’s been on haitus, hiding out in facebook world for a bit. But there have been a very few citizens of eUSA who more consistantly manhandled eRepublik media acrosss multiple platforms than Josh Whitehead.

Vice Presidents don’t always bring as much to the table as, say, greeling did. We all know that greeling is a tough act to follow. But I am so confident in bringing Josh into my Cabinet that I hereby announce that I am renaming the White House. It shall heretofore be known as…




Please do not fail to elect me because the eWorld has needed a Josh Whitehead in the Whitehead House forever. We must do this.



Because this entire campaign began as a collective idea in the SFP Revolutionary Committee, I thought it was only right to appoint the president of SFP to be the Chief of Staff for my Administration. Tom Cauchon has shown his executive acumen in how he conducts himself in the various SFP party affairs. I am impressed.

He's no stranger to National government. He's experienced the rhythm and rhyme of the PDB before as a Secretary. Now he gets the big chair.

I look forward to showcasing his talents next month.



The Defense of eUSA is going to have to take on a slightly different look next month if it is to be a truly GR4ND month. As I explained in my last article, a bit more organization is needed. NSC/Defense needs to be an octopus.

On the Constant Vigilance side of NSC, a gifted communicator is needed. And so I have asked ResouIa to be in control of communication and coordination for CV/F (stands for Constant Vigilance/Failsafe; read about it in my previous article). ResouIa is a former Media Secretary, a person who can get along with many different personality types, and I hope to see him build a resume for a future run at CP.

On the side of strategy and logistics, we have Alexander_Auctoritas. He’s a former CP himself, an expert with the eRepublik map, and active. He’s also an old friend and the ass man.

The list of Deputies in NSC/CV/F is going to be extensive. If you want to get involved in Government during December, contact ResouIa or me. We want you.




Of equal importance to our Defense is our standing in the International community.

There are some problems with eUSA that we tend to ignore or minimize. But a poll of the international community will reveal that we are perceived around the eWorld as prickly, unfaithful, and aloof. Now just because the international community has that opinion of us doesn’t necessarily make it so. But on the other hand we kind of prove them right if we don’t at least take heed of what they say and examine ourselves.

This was one of my prime motivating drives during my October administration. It’s why I spent my cash on Argentina and Finland and Portugul and a few others. It takes time to change an image. You can flip the collective American Bird to the international community that tends to dislike us OR you can take advantage of the knowledge and try to make some changes.

And I’ve found the PERFECT individual to lead us in that direction.

Before there was Wild Owl there was NaZ. He was known as New Azazel at the time. He renamed himself Azazel Romanov when he went on a long-term mission to eRussia. Now returned to the game and itching to once again help make eUSA great, he is the Secretary of State we need, especially in an eWorld that is shifting around us weekly.

Azazel was an awesome CP and an even more awesome master of Foreign Affairs. I’m downright thrilled to say he’s back.



The remainder of the Cabinet, from Media to Citizen Affairs to Technology to the newly-to-be-formed Department of Morale… they will come in the next article. I really have to go to bed because of a very early morning tomorrow. Cheers, and…
