I noticed that the profile of a Stephen Riley was reactivated so I sent a message saying "Welcome back?" I received a reply today.
It was from his mother. She informed me that he passed away on February 17th. This was the day after he last identified to his nick Uhriventis. I searched for an obituary based on the information I knew but I couldn't find one. So I messaged back his mother and asked if I might know the details surrounding his death.
Her response led me to believe that the details of his death are still under investigation. We may never know what happened but Uhriventis will be sorely missed. I for one will miss terribly the late nights discussing gaming and Linux with him... with my friend.
I don't have many subs so I ask that you please pass this on so that it might reach all who knew him. As I knew him to be a fan of Mark Twain I wishfully hope that he'll return to us triumphantly to proclaim "the details of my death were greatly exaggerated". One can hope.

I don't believe it.
Someone else also tried to say they "died".. I cannot remember who but it was in VA, and a thorough investigation led to the conclusion that they were lying.
Very sad.
We were never real close, but still a sad day. My thoughts are with his friends and family.
Ever since he vanished off the RADAR (or Facebook and IRC if you will), a hole was left that I hoped would eventually be filled with his return. Knowing that will never happen, makes the loss all the greater. I will miss him as I'm sure will everybody who benefited from his presence.
Captain Kushskins and I spoke often about Uhriventis after his sudden departure and were hoping he was okay. It's quite sad to hear about this. He was such a colorful and captivating guy...and he will be missed. Thank you for informing us, Neo.

Uhriventis and I exchanged a number of PMs and had struck up a friendship in this game. He was a really intelligent guy, and he did seem a bit troubled, so when he stopped coming around I was definitely worried.
This is tough news to swallow.

Just shows why AJ is an absolute grub. Why question a story like this? Citizens disappear and it is good if sometimes sad to get an explaination. There is nothing to gain in rubbishing an explaination without any evidence to do so. In this case until General Cartman Lee puts up it just confirms what a distorter of the truth he is. (LIAR)

Thank you for letting us know. He was an interesting man. Indeed, a lover and admirer or Twain. I too hope that he will return, but in the event that he does not, I say goodbye. He was a good friend. Passionate, entertaining, nice, talkative and interesting. RIP, Uhri.
His last post on Google+ is from February 11th. I checked it hoping for something after February 17th and that he might be alive, but nothing yet. I'll keep an eye out for him.

@Ajay, I remember who you mean and that was in South Africa, but the name escapes me.
Never knew the fellow. What more can be said though. Horrible for any parent to have to lay their child to rest. May he find peace wherever our souls go when we leave our mortal coils.

Phillip Francis Exavier Esquire was the fellow now that I look back through my paper. I remember because I wrote an article about it and spent 31 gold on an advertisement for it and then he showed up two weeks later saying it had been a friend trolling and I was happy he was alive and told him to deck his friend. Would be kind of nice if the same thing happened here. 🙁
