Well, exactly not!😃

The Russians were germans: Rus, Varegs, Vikings, Northmans, etc😃 They ruled the local Slaves.

The Scythians were nomads: like the Sarmatians, the Avars, the Hungarians🙂 The Huns are not, they were a Far-East tribes!

The Hungarians consist of two big nation: a Scythian-type nation and a Turks-type nation🙂
