Transparencia para nuestro pueblo


Es un tema importantísimo para nuestra nación y cuando nos referimos a transparencia es trabajando por el bien de ecuba mediantes actuaciones honestas y no caer en las redes de los que le han hecho daño a cuba, Fui uno de los pocos que insistió en no confiarse de los Pto, debido a que varios ya tenían su propia fama de ser así, prometo hacer todo lo posible para contrarrestar esto en gran medida mediante estrategias adecuadas, que ya hemos venido usando varias pero falta algunas como ayudar al crecimiento de partidos aliados.

Democracia participativa \o/



Esto es un tema de real necesidad el cual abordaremos mucho más que hoy en día, quiero una comunidad cubana más participativa y más informada por lo que prometo abrir más canales de participación directa creando un equipo que creará artículos de información necesaria, no es posible que 7 a 15 personas seamos siempre los que comentemos en el foro cuando registrados hay muchos tenemos que trabajar en ello facilitando mejores métodos de participación como ser;

♦Mejoramiento en la participación del Foro.
♦Mediante Censos y encuestas de participación ciudadana.
♦Participación y motivación del uso de los IRC.
♦Inclusión de los que deseen aportar realmente a cuba y aún no tienen voz o/
♦Mejorar la comunicación con nuestros aliados

BAbyy Boom


Piensen en los Niños ecuba necesita tener un ingreso de nuevos ciudadanos y eso será a través de un acontecimiento que atraerá a nuevo registrantes al epais y eso es una guerra, sé que no era el momento debido a nuestro nivel económico es algo difícil pero ya que debido que USA se atrevió atacarnos es necesario atraer nueva gente a través del Baby Boom ,tenemos ya dos países aliados debido a que no podemos lanzar NE ni otras leyes que nos ayude esto resulta algo contrariado porque no podremos defendernos con otro NE y su daño agregado y mi intención era acercarme a uno o varios de nuestros aliados para planificar una batalla en conjunto para des aburrir a nuestros chicos y fomentar el crecimiento para ecuba, pero debido al ataque de USA debemos prepararnos un enemigo ya nació y debemos defender nuestra patria ya que estos se atrevieron a robarnos Las Villas , en la parte económica iniciar una guerra permitiría un flujo de dinero y oreos más grande que nos ayudaría a crecer más rápido de lo que estamos en estos momentos, recuerden una nación que desea crecer debe plantarse esto.




Política Internacional



ecuba es un país importante debido a que somos el único país latinoamericano que no tiene conflictos con ninguno otro país del área que sea latino, además que somos un puente importante que evita por los momentos una agresión directa a varios de nuestros hermanos latinos tenemos frontera con los siguientes países;

♦Portugal
♦USA
♦España
♦Venezuela

Mi intención era acercarme a México ya que es una nación que se acercó en varias ocasiones a nosotros debido a que no tienen guerra y eso aburre a su gente nos han ofrecido alquiler de nuestra región y una TW planeo acercarme a ellos en mi gobierno y plantearle que deseamos una pegada conjunta pero no solo con ellos sino con varios más para que nos genere BabyBooms mutuos o un acuerdo de naciones.

Pero debido a que USA nos declaro la guerra debemos responderla a través de un daño conjunto de nuestra patria y aliados, esto cambia el plano eInternacional debemos generar una comunicación más amplia con los países vecinos y atraer nuevos aliados a través de MPPs o NAPs

Como país virtual muchos jugadores de otros países RL están participando en nuestra comunidad y comparten con nosotros el deseo de ver crecer nuestro epais.

Respecto a Latinoamérica nuestra visión es una, ser una base que estreche lazos de todos los países latinos, para poder pactar y trabajar juntos, cuba es el único país de Latinoamérica debido a que no tiene roces con nadie que podría servir de sede para una alianza latina, Argentina y Chile han demostrado con su primer MPP ese primer y gran paso, recuerdo cuando Fui PC de chile que fue en la mesa que presidi en la que se dio ese MPP recuerdo muy bien eso los chicos de ese momento trabajaron duro,ahora siendo un Ciudadano Fundador cubano deseo crear el mismo escenario de mi anteriores colegas para crear un pacto latino espero se den las condiciones o se pueda crear la base suficientemente fuerte para que se de en el futuro.



Los dias 29 y 30 de junio o día 2413-2414 fecha Er nos atacaron y con ello robándonos nuestras tierras ese cruel atacante aprovechándose de esta nueva nación fue USA, debido a esto tomaremos medidas

Con lo anterior dicho debemos tocar y lograr los siguientes puntos:
1-Mejorar la economía a aprovechando el flujo de ventas debido a la guerra.
2-Mejorar la comunicación con nuestros aliados y crear lazos inquebrantables con ellos.
3-Tener un nuevo MPP con un pais que tengan un horario diferente.
4-Crear un canal de coordinación donde deberán haber gente experta en batallas para mejorar nuestra respuestas contra la guerra que nos lanzaron.

Primero que nada debemos fomentar la parte económica porque sin esto no tendremos dinero para la guerra , aunque la guerra en sí ayuda a vender más productos y crear un flujo de efectivo pero que hay que regular a través de impuestos hoy en día ocupamos aumentar solo para la guerra el impuesto para generar recursos rápido para comprar armas para los cubanos y aliados.

Otra medida es pidiendo ayuda a países aliados y amigos de todo el emundo hay varias UMs que han dicho presente en las batallas y las considero amigas de cuba acá deseo plantear un canal de comunicación más amplio y poder hablar con estos Países y UMs y firmar un acuerdo con los países, ya en el pasado se han acercado países para mi debemos de sentarnos a conseguir un acuerdo donde nos beneficiemos todos y creemos nuevos lazos de amistad que son necesarios en momentos como el que estamos viviendo hoy en día.

Necesitamos un MPP con un país afín con un horario diferente al nuestro para que ambos podamos defendernos mutuamente de agresiones que atentan contra nuestra democracia.

Crearemos un canal de organización de batalla donde se planteara como y donde pegar con mejor coordinación que vimos que es lo que más nos falta a nosotros en esto traeremos aliados con experiencia en el ministerio de defensa y en coordinación de batalla.



Política cubana en base a la parte Social

Sabemos que hay jugadores esforzados en nuestra comunidad por lo que abriremos subsidios:

♦Subsidio: En este punto necesitaremos la ayuda de las UM y todos los que podamos aportar para ayuda con panes y armas a los nuevos que podríamos generar con un baby Boom.

♦Subsidio TG: En este punto si se da el Baby Boom tenemos que ayudar a los nuevos a crecer

Política Educacional

Sabemos de la importancia de la educación para ver crecer nuestro epais debemos fomentar este sector para enseñarle a los nuevos que se debe o no hacer en él, para esto se busca a fomentar a travez concursos como trivias entre otros para enseñar a los nuevos a través de premios por su buen desempeño.

Se agregaran las siguientes enseñanzas:

♦Cazador de BH
♦Guerrilla Fight
♦Cursos Politicos
♦Cursos de batalla etc…

Todas estas se les apoyara a los BB para que crezcan ya que estas deben ser esenciales a la hora de hacer crecer una nación.

GOVERNMENT PROPOSEL
Transparency for our people


It is a very important term for our nation and when I refer to transparency it’s working for the good of eCuba through honest actions and not fall into the nets of those who have caused harm to Cuba. I was one of the few who insisted in not getting confident with the PTOs, due to a couple of them having fame of being that already. I promise to do everything possible to counteract through great strategic strides, we have already used a few but there are still some left like helping allied parties grow.

Interactive Democracy \o/

This is a term with real necessity, that we will address a lot more than only today. I want a Cuban community that participates more and is well informed, for which i promise to open more channels where the people can participate, by creating a team of people that will create articles with necessary articles. It’s not possible that it’s 7 to 15 people who comment on the forum when there are many more who are registered. We have to work to provide better ways of participation like;

♦Increase participation on the forum
♦Censuses and surveys of citizen participation
♦Participation and motivation to use IRC
♦Inclusion of those who want to help Cuba but have no voice o/
♦Better our communication with our allies

Baby Boom

Think about all the children eCuba needs, and that will be accomplished through an event that will bring new members and that will be a war. I know it’s not right due to our economic level, it’s something difficult, but that USA had the nerve to attack us, so it’s necessary to bring new people through a Baby Boom. We have two allied countries due to the reason that we can’t launch an NE or any other law that will help us. that results in something counteractive to us because we can’t defend ourselves with another NE and it’s damage. My intention is to get close to our allies to plan a conjoined battle to unbored our citizens and form a growth of eCuba. But due to the attack from USA, we should prepare and defend our nation, because they had the audacity to Las Villas. In the economic side initiating a war will allow a flow of money that will be so great that it will help us grow quicker than we are now. Remember a nation that desires to grow should plant this.

International Politics

eCuba is an important country due to the fact that we're the only country in Latin America that doesn’t have conflicts with other Latin American countries. Also, we are an important bridge which helps us avoid direct aggression to many of our Latino brothers, for the moment. We have borders with:

♦Mexico
♦Portugal
♦USA
♦Spain
♦Venezuela

My intentions were to approach Mexico because, they has been with us through various occasions due to them not having a war which is boring for their people. Also, they have offered to rent one of our regions and a planned TW. My government will approach them and plant that we want a conjoined attack but not only with them but with many more so we can generate mutual Baby Booms, we can also sign a treaty between nations.

But due to USA attacking us we should respond through conjoined damage from our people and allies. This changes the international plans, we should generate communications between neighboring nations and bring new allies through MPPs and NAPs.

As a virtual country a lot of players from other RL countries are participating in our community and share with us the desire to see our ecountry grow.

I respect Latin America our vision is one. Be a base that stretches the ties of all latin countries. To be able to agree and work together, Cuba is the only Latin American country that has no problems with anyone that can be used as headquarters for a Latin alliance. Argentina and Chile have demonstrated with there first MPP that first great step. I remember when i was PC of Chile that i was in the desk that the MPP was given, I remember very well the guys working very hard. Now being a Cuban Founding Citizen I want to create the same scene of my previous colleagues to create a Latino pact. I hope the conditions are accepted or the sufficient base can be created for the future.

Cuban War Policy

The days 29 and 30 of June or day 2413-2414 Er days we were attacked and with that they stole our lands that cruel attacker taking advantage of this new nation was USA, due to that we will take measures.

With that said we should try to accomplish these points:

Before anything we should form the economic part because, without this we won’t have money for war. Even though war helps to sell more products and create a flow of cash. But, it has to be regulated through taxes. Today, we have increased the taxes only for the war, the tax to generate quick resources to purchase to purchase weapons for Cubans and allieds.

Another measure is asking help from allied countries and friends from all around the eWorld. There are various MU’s that have been present in the battles and consider them friends of Cuba. Here i wish to plant a channel for communications that’s much wider and be able to speak to these countries and MU’s and sign a treaty with those nations. In the past countries have approached us. For me, we should sit down and get a treaty where it will benefit all and create new ties of friendship that are necessary in moments like we are in now.

We need an MPP with a country that’s on a different timezone than us so we can mutually protect each other form aggressions that they attempt against our democracy.

We will create a channel of organization of battle where we will plant how and where they should hit with better coordination than we saw. Which is what we need most with that we will bring allies with experience in the MoD and battle coordination.

Cuban Social Policy

We know there are players working hard in our community for which we opened subsidies:

♦Subsidy: At this point we will need all the help from the MU’s and all that can help with bread and weapons for the new members we can generate with a Baby Boom.
♦Subsidy TG: At this point if a Baby Boom happens we have to help them grow.

Educational Policy

We know the importance of education to see our nation grow. We should form this sector to teach the newbies what should and should not be done. For this we are going to form competitions and trivias and others to teach the newbies through rewards for their good performance.
