Political madness has broken loose again. Last night, our mass pm tool on forum was shut down to silence our evil Country President from replying on a thread started against him and his Minister of Finance. The opposition rears its ugly head again, while pretending to protect democracy and our community. Stop this madness now!
All offended by what I just said? Good, now listen. Either it being politically motivated or not - in every community you will find people upset you. And as evil as ‘they’ (or we) may be, and as much as you tell yourself you are a victim of circumstances, you are not. You choose to gang up with people who confirm you that ‘they’ (or we) are wrong, and that ‘they’ (or we) need to be stopped.
Stop ‘them’ (or us)? You can’t. Your mind won’t let you. From a negative thought, you will simply empower that which you blame. Basically, because our mind is not able to think negative. While focusing on what we don’t want, we hold on to the possible reality - one step from making it actually happen. Also keep in mind, that the things we focus on tend to grow. Negative things first of all.
So better stop yourself. Stop this negativism. If you don´t see yourself as part of the problem, you cannot be part of the solution. If you insist on playing the innocent victim and keep blaming the others: the price of innocence is impotence. Up to you.

You want to reach peace with yelling to the opposition? Please come with a better and written out an more neutral view then this. Then you maybe can reach peace.
Everyone who disagrees with you is somehow not able to understand your article. I'm sorry, but that's just nonsensical. If using fallacies is your way of debate there is no question why there is even political turmoil in the first place.

It is not a problem if players and parties have different opinions.. Why should it. Everyone has the right on his/her own opinion.

Please give arguments, not this sort of strange talk. The article i wrote about this subject (only in Dutch) is not an attack on government. I just gave my opinion.

I think it is ironic that when people complain about selling out democracy for 5 gold is not ok. I think the "political madness" is mainly from the GPN camp. People have the right to be pissed when the government sold Dutch democracy so cheaply. Now the same sell outs are petitioning to people to stop complaining about the mistakes of the government. I is indeed ironic. If you really want to end the madness, I think you guys really need to look at yourself in the mirror. For a huge part of the madness is self inflicted by this government. Your little petition here will not heal things but is likely to create more problems.
If anything is being attacked in the article it is the action of the forum admins (DemNL/I&W) to shut down the mass pm function, after broersje (DemNL) started a mass pm thread called 'petition for political freedom' in reaction to Weekstroms (VVN) article. GPN was not even involved, except for the fact that (like many other people from all parties) Van Spijck shouted it few times.
Next, there is one other thing very much under attack here: thinking in camps, like you just proved to do in your comment. That is the festering wound in our political arena. You know, festering wounds should not be covered up. They should be opened up and cleaned in order to heal.
And for the rest: isn't this whole article an invitation to all to look into the mirror?
To be fair, your husband vS is always thinking of sides and camps. Months of bragging that he killed of I&W as a power in eNL and bashing old I&W members like Auggy, Garmr, and Luuklag. So please do not lecture me on how you are a paragon of peace and thinking outside of political sides. I was quiet on IRC and other place for months but to see your gov to tell people not to vote for I&W with state resources is too much for me to handle. Please do not lecture about camps for I think you should look at the mirror first before you tell other people to do so.
I will not hide that I love I&W and my heart is with it. I will not hide that I think Auggy, Garmr, and Luuklag are great people. I am proud of them and I&W. People will think in camps to some degree. But to say this is all I&W and DEMNL's fault while you have vS trying to kill of I&W for months and then brag in my face, your side is far from neutral.
So imo, you did not look at the mirror. Your husband did not look at the mirror. So you can continue business as normal to "the promise land" whatever that is (vS's words) but I really do not see your self reflection. I know I have my bias and I admit them as I did above. But if you are unwilling to admit to your bias and vS's hatred for I&W and others who do not agree or see things his views, then all of this "peace" talks is pointless. But base on your reply to my comment, you will not look at yourself in the mirror. You have RL reasons to defend vS and no one can blame you for that. But an objective and neutral personal you are not, and without a true and objective self reflection of who you and vS are, then there is no point to waste time of talks of cooperation as you yourself are not really interested in it.
