Peace Walker: Review of the Resource War

Hello eAustralia,

As part of a media campaign from Peace Walker, one of eAustralia's best MUs, we now aim to start a series of articles to analyse a variety of topics, and, if the campaign is a success, to offer rewards to our members.
Through our media presence we hope to recruit new members, and increase activity in eAustralia.

So, what shall our first article be about?

As many people may have noticed, the have been an extremely large amount of wars in the past week, many with allies fighting each other. So, has the world descended into a world war? Alas, fun as that may be, we in fact opened hundreds of campaigns in order to to earn resource tokens so that nations could chose what resources they would like in the reshuffle.

With hundreds of campaigns each day, battle heroes were extremely cheap, meaning many people could get quite a few daily, with just food fights. Added with the abundance of true patriot battles, many people's personal finances benefited from the tournament?

How this effects eAus:



As you can see, Aus has transformed from a popular weapon resource field to a baron wasteland of useless resources the surrounding superpowers do not want. This means we are less likely to be perma wiped for our bonuses, which Chile and Indonesia have little interest in.

How this effects eWorl😛

Whilst many nations may now have the majority of bonuses in their core regions, it means there is less need to wipe smaller countries for bonuses, especially if they have chosen useless resources. Therefore, we may now see an increase of wars based on personal, and more interesting motives than farmville.
