Our foreign policy makes no sense

Greetings eJapanese citizens
I have to say that I am disappointed with the sad state of our country but what makes me even more sad is the foreign policy of our government, for several months led by the CTG-DNP-TLS coalition.
As we know eJapan is a culturally mixed country with players having different RL nationalities but in the last months the Serbian-Hungarian coalition has succeeded in gaining a solid majority winning for several months the presidency.
I never had any problem with this fact since there is no RL Japanese playing in eJapan, myself I am an Italian in RL, but seems that the RL nationality of our leaders is affecting also our foreign policy, I sense a strong bias in their evaluation to what alliance bloc eJapan should align.
Lately the controversial NAP signed in the previous presidency wasn’t renewed as we can read in the eTaiwanese CP’s newspaper http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/-announcement-it-seems-that-japan-decide-not-to-renew-the-agreement-2416066/1/20
Seems that domestic pressure from the eJapanese people, and even within the Serbian-Hungarian coalition, has led the government to put an hold on the NAP in order to seek better concessions from eTaiwan, which I think is a good thing even if I believe that this won’t lead to any solution, having lived here for a long time I think that eTaiwan isn’t trustworthy and will always seek any opportunity to keep us under their occupation, I believe that eTaiwan wants to make of eJapan a wasteland forcing as many players is possible to emigrate and to prevent new citizens coming from abroad. If this is the truth I think that eTaiwan is only using delaying tactics in order to appease the eSerbian and eHungarian governments but in reality will attempt to make any NAP with us impossible through the imposition of shameful conditions.
Keeping this in mind I believe that any NAP between eTaiwan and eJapan is bound to fail from the beginning because there is no good faith from eTaiwan.
The only NAP that somewhat was respected by eTaiwan was the result of a eUS military campaign in a bid to prove their intention to become a full member of the now defunct CoT alliance which also eJapan was member and only thanks to the eUS acting as a patron it was possible to keep peace between us and eTaiwan. Now this conditions have long time ago ceased and we are left again hopeless.
What is clear is that the only thing that eTaiwan respect is military force, without the backing of a strong army or strong allies believing to reach a stable agreement with our enemies is a complete pipe dream.
Seems that the only allied support came from eHungary which was possible thanks to the fact that isn’t any more a member of Asteria, but according to this interview with the eTaiwanese CP we have lost even this support

Anyway it is clear that eSerbia, eHungary and Asteria/LETO have no willingness to give military support and is clear that diplomatic support isn’t enough at all to change eTaiwan’s policy of making eJapan a wasteland.
It is time to consider the fact that we cannot support Asteria/LETO if one of its members undermines the well being of our nation and our people, it is either eJapan or eTaiwan, the time for a diplomatic solution has passed a long time ago.
If it isn’t possible to find allies willing to help from Asteria it is time to seek support from another alliance.
Aurora I think is the best candidate, this alliance have shown time and time again to be committed to help even the smaller countries and have plenty of reasons to bring the fight against Asteria/LETO.
I know that some RL Serbian and Hungarian players won’t be very happy about this opinion but I think that they have to put aside their bias for the commonwealth of eJapan.

Yes, Sirius isn't very committed for weaker countries, they are just a wannabe damagehood.
But we can be PRO Sirus like SK.
The Serbs and Hungarians use their overbearing ethnocentricity as a source of pride. They have no respect for foreign cultures, and anyone who does not subscribe to their ultra-nationalistic ways is an enemy. They are a bunch of fascist trying to conquer yet another foreign culture and replace it with 3rd world intolerance.
They demonstrate a rather uneducated perspective, but I suspect it to be common in eastern Europe.
At any rate, I believe your deduction is correct.
If you want serious politics you should look for the opposing parties.
Personally I would recommend my own party, the Shinsengumi, which was recently reformed and renewed to improve our activity, both militarily and politically. I think ULJ also did some changes to improve their party, however to what extent I am not sure. Anyway I don't think you will get anywhere in supporting the DNP, CTG and TLS.
The ULJ is fundamentally neutral, although many of its members oppose the PTO. But the party of our Imperial Sun and the Shinsengumi are pretty open in their opposition.
With the exception that we tend to be a bit more friendly in the way we act towards other people/parties, at least that's my opinion 😛
Yeah, I get that feeling too. But the SSG's history of fringe politics has never quite been my style, there once was a time the SSG openly worked with the CtG. But yeah, the ISP is too anti-social for me too.

Wait... theres an ISP? Three half active people is all I see. Well that and the Janissary which stick to themselves.
I don't see a big future in playing an eWorld based on RL nationalities. I can't predict the future, but I think Hungary and Serbia at least most of their citizens not supporting the idea of helping Japan because there are a lot of Serbian/Hungarian.
The currently governing coalition won't take steps towards Aurora, just keep struggling with the Hun/Serb relation, maybe we should take a new direction.

Now we try to convince Asteria, that we are good ally and we are not dissembler. Do You think we can change on the current direction?
That is not because of our IRL nationality, but we can't change our "sides" only because we are not satisfied with the current support of Hungary and Serbia.
But how can we be allied with Asteria if it's actually an enemy alliance?
But is anyway pointless without military support, there is no sense in supporting an alliance where eTaiwan is a member.

Taiwan would almost certainly block any chances of you joining LETO on any favorable terms.
