One Small Step for Man...well you know the rest!

I'm just writing this article to pay tribute to those heroes of this date 40 years ago. These men are absolute legends in my eyes and deserve all the credit they get on this special day.

For having the sheer audacity to hope and reach for the stars I salute you. For achieving the apparent impossible and in doing so inspiring generations of people to be fascinated by science (including me), I again salute you. You are all absolute legends and you will never be forgotten.

I thank you for giving the world its most memorable day since the start of mankind. I am eternally grateful.
