New Things in eRep - I’d like to see! – PART II

I was nicely surprised to actually see that some of the ideas I talked about and debated with some other fellow eRep players were taken into consideration and implemented. Maybe I wasn't the only one that thought of it, but I worte about it and got tremendous feedback.
Read this and see what has beed recently implemented after some of us talked about it …

1. Friend’s TAB there is not much to say about it.
2. Millitary Unit TAB – I’d like to be able to:
A.- Aplly to a military unit and have a commander approve your application
B. even maybe have a little test made out of 3-4-5 questions made up by commnaders
This way Military Units can control better who will be part of the M.U.
C. – Military Units need an implemented ORG within the game since a M.U. needs to have stock on both FOOD & WEAPONS. Players cannot put their own storages to be used in favor to a M.U. and in the detriment of themselves.
D. – Storage of the MU should be automatically increased in conformity with the
- Number of soldiers – IF you have more soldiers you will need more space for more food and weapons
- Stats of soliders - The storage could be calculated depending on the average power of all soldiers form a MU.

DONE 3. Political Parties TAB – next to Friends and Military Unit.
A. - Apply for Political party and the president should confirm the aplcation and approve it, just like in Real World.
B. - Application should be approved by PP – this would actually prevent PTO
C. - Invent a medal for the Party President – right now a P.P. has NO goals and his need in the game is ZERO & USELESS at the same time.
D. - P.P. should be automatically enter in the Congress since there are elections for PP
E. - Political Parties SHOULD be able to spend their money (on whatever they want) economical programs or ingame publicity, donations to smaller players to help baby boom both in country in party and in eRep pokets. ;o)
DONE F. - A mode that will allow the PP and his secretary to send message to all party members at once – this would help a lot when sending messages on Election Day.

MILITARY MODULE
FOR COUNTRY LOVERS - One very important thing for ALL people which love their country WOULD be to actually see in all battlefields IF you are fighting:
- For your country or against it
- For an ally or against your alliies
- Even more add the name of the coalition you are fighting for, or against – Terra, One, Eden.
This way you will not have to open 4-5 pages to see a list with allies or enemies and many time they are not available even IF you search for it.


ECONOMICAL MODULE

For a new player is crazy to even think to hire some one of his own level or lower.
- It is still insane to even think to HIRE a player in a Q1, Q2, Q3 factory IF you have to pay him 180 (whatever).
The previous MODULE with salaries managed in concordance with player’s level & skills was much more appropriate.
- We have to be able to hire smaller players in smaller factories for smaller salaries.
- It is insane to think that 1 player after playing eRep for 3 days will get same salary as a 2 years old player or more. I know we all have companies BUT its not realistic AT ALL.
- I personally have 6 storages – it would be cool to actually increase the capacity of the STORAGE without adding 200 buildings on site. Even IF we pay for the land.

WHY IS THE PRESENT ECONOMICAL MODULE VERY UNFAIR???
- Some people make Q5 and Q6 because they want to fight better for their country
- Some because they want to have employes
- Others beause they just want to be on top of others
WELL, regardless the reason, while some players pay a lot of gold for Q5 & Q6 factories to make upgrades in order to make more profit, their 10 employes actually make more than the owner of the factory, HOW?

An aproximate calculation shows:
- One employee builds 12 Q6 tanks
a. 12 Q6 x 30 RON/ tank = 360 RON
b. 180 RON = approximate salary / employee
c. 180 is the rest from which you have to pay for RAW materials.
d. 0.14 RON x 720 RAW = 100.8 ron
e. 180 RON – 100.8 (required for the raw) = 79.2
f. 79.2 RON - This is your profit after you invested between 400 – 700 gold in a Q6
g. The profit of the employee of course is a full salary of 180 RON.
h. The profit of the business owner is actually less than half of any employe.

WHERE IS THE BALANCE AND THE JUSTICE IN BUSINESS FOR YOUR FAITHFULL INVESTORS WHICH PAY REAL MONEY?
SOMEBODY TELL ME:
- IF this is a world simulation, in what business around the globe, the employee makes more money than the business owner?
- Plato please ask you programers to find a better balance in this equation, we all know it’s possible.

Ingame Ideas
- I personally believe that there should be MISSION campaigns, where the different missions should be designated to different players with different levels.
For example: eRep is asking a small player to kill 444 soldiers or other mission that have a limited time to be achieved and smaller soldiers will never manage to finish such tastks.
- Also with new player which have 10 kills in order to be admitted in a MU.

There is more to say about this game BUT lets see at elast some OF these IMPLEMENTED .
