Regardless of the turn out of the elections the NCAP will be passed on to new management.

Thank you to all the people that stepped up to be mentors, you were not as busy as I had hoped but a few "got served", thank you. I hope whomever the new MoE is that he will continue this great program and perhaps improve upon it.
