if they showed to players something good happens when (finally) they decide to change something, maybe people wouldnt complain when they do some changes..
problem is, most of the times, changes bring the game to worse level.
example - compare economy module from V1 and now.
in military, strategy in V1 and strategy now....etc..

change something to make the game better and not worse and people will complain, but far less..
