MoF December Financial Report
First, a little mood music. RIP DS.
To keep you kids' attention I'll start with the pretty pictures and graphs.
The overall adjusted treasury balance for the month (in IEP) is such:
Basically we're treading water. This is better then the slow decline seen last month but not much gain. That's why we're changing some things up (keep reading). Any real growth we currently have is from donations.
You'll notice this month we started considerably higher then we ended November with. This is due to the money the treasury received at the beginning of Psych0's term as part of Saint Yddub's will. May he rest in peace.
Here's what it looks like in perspective, since the October robbery:
Now on to the boring stuff.
This is where you tl:dr and skip to the comments below to leave your obligatory nugget of compatriotship.
Each of which I appreciate btw
😃
Some of our income (all shown in cc) this month include
😛
MPP Supplements 25000
Weapon Sales 27343
Donations 63000
Taxes 108400
And some of our expenses:
Army Supply 137187
MPPs 120000
Supplies to the IA and Boot Camp totaled over 12000 Q7 tanks this month.
Many of you know the MoF makes additional income from various sources including the monetary market. That's been tough this month because it looked like this:
Hopefully this will either move over the .004 gold threshold to widen the % or possibly get some admin stimulation. I'm not holding my breath for the latter.
Moving Forward
And now the reeeeally boring stuff...
I have discussed some changes with our new CP in the way we allocate resources. In an effort to establish sustainable growth in the country and to regrow the treasury the MoF has created a budget. As you may know we have state run companies that employ commune workers for the IA. The new budget will be based on number of workers in the state run commune system multiplied by the current cost of weapons on the market. This income alone would only result in about four weapons per worker so the MoF will continue to supplement the Army supplies through other income sources. The level of supplement will be established by the CP and may vary throughout the month.
Having a budget like this in place will enable the Department of Defense to use its resources however it sees fit instead of using the existing regimented system of blindly doling out weapons that we really can't afford if we are to keep the treasury growing. Also, this budget can now come in the form of various levels of weapons or currency. I will work with the Minister of Defense to establish the most efficient utilization of the budget.
The budget will also include funding for the projected number of MPP's needed in the month. Currently, our monthly tax revenues only generate enough income for about 10 MPPs. Funding for however many more we need will come from our other income sources.
But Wait! There's an exciting part of the new funding system:

Big vote 🙂
Nice work, good to see the finances stabilizing.
Very nice! 🙂
Great report, great accounting, and great to see budgets set for departments. Question, who is determining budgets, congress, CP, MoF or a combination.
I tried to get the interns to make their own report video this time but this is all they came up with:

CP determines budget based on current fiscal situation and DoD goals. Currently we look to be scaling back.
Budgets Budgets what I wanted in my first term but what Sweet refused to entertain.
Good work and is exactly how to go.
Create an emergency fund also not to be touched unless there is an....(guess)
All other funds goes into the money making pot until the next budget when CP / MoF negotiations start again.
A+ top of the class!
Great job Applenan we're lucky to have you!
My opinion for the short term - Drastically decrease pur MPP atack before we are cemented into a new alliance!
"applenan"
is that like a new kind of granny smith? 😛
Clear & concise, exactly as you'd expect from Appleman,
We are living beyond our means (income) and need to reel in costs
(MPP's & IA Q7 weapon supply being the main targets for cutbacks unfortunately)
Boring. Which means you're doing a good job. o7
Winston Hope Smith Day 1,874, 09:40 Budgets Budgets what I wanted in my first term but what Sweet refused to entertain.
You had a budget:
Round-the-clock, total, nonpartisan, financing of the ENTIRE nation militarily.
Without commune,
Without limitation,
Without fear of deficit,
It was the most liberal budget in the world.
But that is not good enough for you WHS....
And the reason eIreland has:
Partial, selective, military financing,
Dependency on 'slave pits',
Major limitations,
Constant fear of deficit,
Is because you mishandled the security of the banking organisation.
Appleman should now be one of the feared financial moguls of the world, not scrounging couches for loose change.
That is your legacy Winston Hope Smith
Great report, and good to see a budget being planned instead of smoke and mirrors. Nice work.
Agree with Nog's comment , too.
Can I just check what the deal is with (the segregation of) community funds? I asked this last term but didn't hear anything yet, and forgot to follow up. I'd like to be clear about where donations go.
Thanks.
Good work, voted.
Thanks for this good presentation
Blessed be this article.......
Grainne, the money's still set aside and considered borrowed from the community fund. Right now the more money we have access to the more we can make but i can guarantee it won't be spent on anything but the Irish Community.
Voted, also WHS we know Sweet provides whats asked for so saying otherwise is plain and simple lies.
Great work Appleman
Sweet
There was no thefts in my Presidency (s)...
No change of control of orgs happened in my first Presidency. It certainly happened on my second.
But you continue the lie if it make you feel better.
During the thefts era I did not change control of orgs nor had any access to orgs.
I asked for budgets ...You refused..I asked so we could know how the money was been spent...you know like it is done now!
Marcus
I asked for budgets...he refused...is that simple enough for you?
Oh you mean money/weapons etc?. Yes I believe he provided to those who were provided.and yes that included the free weapons schemes/goldfish etc etc
Oh you mean the mechanisms to make money? Yes there is no doubting his ability there.
thanks for the answer, Appleman.
