Just a heads-up. On completing this achievement EVERYTHING resets to zero, so all those half-completed ones you kept because Thailand or Sweden went all pacifist are useless to you now.

My advice, freely given, complete each region when the opportunity arises, even if it means missing out the D.O. or using up the occasional candy bar.
